Emotions stimulate Chakras?

Certain Emotions stimulate chakras.
The Heart Chakra Rules the Emotion LoveThe Throat Rules Others emotions.From my Experience when i am In love, Currently In love. My Heart Chakra is Stimulating, i feel content and more energized,I feel an electric Feel generating from my Chest and Spreads Through out my Body. Vibrations Stimulate and Open the Heart Chakra to the State of Permanency,Emotion of Love Stimulates some parts of the Heart Chakra that cannot be stimulated by Vibrations Alone, I believe Void meditating on the Emotion of Love will Further open up,Empower the Heart Chakra added by Vibrations will make a Difference, This is my Opinion. From what i've seen on the Modern Aura Detector, A friend of Mine who have broke-up with an Guy she Loved Very much,In that Device her Heart Chakra Weakened and Closed, She herself Explained to me She is no longer interested in Love, She cannot Love anymore (this is Temporary though) But It Certainly Affects the Heart Chakra in a Bad Way, From my Observation on myself on that device my Heart Chakra was Always Open,Be it heartbroken or not, But Heartbroken condition of mine surely affected my Heart Chakra in a Negative way, I saw Lines on my Heart Chakra go Drastically Down and Have more Gap, My Guess is Vibrations have lasting Effects though emotions may not, However combining these 2 and using it to Further Empower the Heart Chakra may be more Powerful and Have more desirable Effects.Hmmm..Further insight? Hail Enki!

Correction Aura Lines On my Chest Had Big Gaps,Signifying Bad emotional Condition regarding love..
These Lines they all Vary from my Observation from the device, The Person who uses the Device reads the Lines and Tells information about the Persons Wellbeing,
Lets say For Example the Aura Layer and lines around the head were Corroded and having big line gaps forming,This Signifies the Persons Head is hurting and May About to have Illness etc, Throat aura layer and Lines having big gaps and eaten up will signify the persons throat is Going to Hurt,Probably Catch a Cold etc. I have witnessed it, It has its truths,
There are Even People With Severely Damaged Aura comes there and from what i've seen those people have lost the will To Live,Attempted Suicides Life is Meaningless to them etc, However The person uses Candles to Regenerate and Recover the Persons Auras, I myself Personally Clean my Aura but Also i have saw that Not only Cleaning an Aura is Important But Also Regenerating the Aura to fullstate is just as important as Clean Aura, Thurisaz Rune can be used to Regenerate the Aura. .

The heart chakra does not rule over love alone. Actually, the front extensions of the all the chakras rule over emotions, like the front extension of the sacral rules over creativity and sexual drive. You need to read about chakras on JOS. 
I also wouldn't advise meditating on an emotion to strengthen a chakra. You want to learn to control your emotions and not let them overtake you, as they are powerful. For example, if you learn to channel anger you can use it in the beginning destruction ritual, but you should NEVER tie your own energies to a negative working as that will have terrible backfiring results. 
Your friend probably had a very strong astral cord to her lover, so when that is broken or is negative it pumps negative energy into the heart chakra which goes throughout the whole body. She needs to cut the cord, if it hasn't been yet, and clean everything with white-gold energy. Sincerely,
