is it advisable 4 a beginer to invoke nd meditate on all the elements the same day
or a day for an element??????

HAIL SATAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not advisable to completely new people who haven't any or little spirtual "maturity" per se; e.g a fresh beginner.

Also if you yourself feel you are ready for this type of meditation, I'd advise you to go at your own pace and only do as much as you can handle. You don't need to push yourself too hard. Go at your own pace.

Once again if you feel you can handle it, then by all means go ahead.

It's best to work on a single element until you become adept at it (which can take from a week or two to 40 days) and then move to the next one. But elements are not for complete beginners, you should master the foundation meditation first to be able to feel and direct energy and then work on the preliminary meditations for the elements (http://www.666blacksun.com/Preparing.html).
