doubt about doing planetory squares

its told that ever do when a particular planet is in cusp of zodiac sign.
the 12 zodiac sign and month time is what it meant?
or it tells only about sun.does the sign changes for every planet.
like i started sun squares in leo and now it vrigo so can i start mercury squares?
please tell me .

a cusp in Astrology means when a planet is between signs, or in two at once.
this is a bit like when the moon goes void of course when it's moving
from one Zodiac Sign to another.


The Planets and their position in the Zodiac is important when you are
doing a Magick square.
each planet rules one(sometimes two) zodiac sign(s).


each magick square works best when it's planet is in the right zodiac signs.
starting a sun square when it's in the sign of Leo(Home sign) or
Aries(exalted sign) will be more effective then starting it in any
another sign.


The two signs that are directly opposite to the Home sign and exalted
sign are called the Detriment and the Fall sign, those are bad times
to start a magick square of that planet.

You have to observe the planet related to the Square.
If you want to do a Mercury square, check the Mercury position (not the Sun position) in this case; beware as Mercury is getting retrograde on the 18th September so it's not advisable to start a square so it's better to wait when Mercury will be direct again (around 10 October).
Mercury will be in Libra, that is Ok to begin a square.
