I think there is the highest chance that that is fake and he wrote it himself as a joke.

How these work is by probabilities of what is the most likely word to come next. It looks at every sentence it read, and if there is a word it said. It looks at every time that that word appeared, and the word it chooses next is the word that most often came next in what it read.

If you read this again while thinking of how it works, it is clear it is fake. Why is it talking so much about Arbys? Trump never talked about Arbys, so the chance of Arbys being mentioned is very close to zero. But it is mentioned several times in here. This is some kind of joke trying to say that people that eat at Arbys are bad people, so Mr. Trump is a very bad guy for liking Arbys.

One doesn't even need to say made up stuff that Trump wouldn't ever say as when you read what he says in his speeches on paper it already sounds funny af. Not an attack at him but the guy sure does have a unique way to talk.
