K so let me get this right... For directing energy meditation first feel the energy on the left side of your torso then the right then the middle of your torso and then expand it into my aura and then contract it back in the center of my torso or expand it into my aura far out and then contract it just closer to my body but still in my aura? Then feel the energy on both sides inside of my body or in my aura? Then focus on energies in front of my body and then the back and then back to the middle and expand it into my aura and then contract it back into the middle of my body again? Can someone please explain this meditation to me better I don't really understand it on the site I don't understand.?
