Connection lost

Argos1 min to read

Hello everyone!

It's been a long time since i last checked the forums, and i apologize for my english if it's Hard to understand.

I kindly ask for your advices, i already completed most of the meditations, i'm currently working on my kundalini, but i feel lost, i feel like i lost my connection with everything, i struggle to even feel energy, the gods won't respond like they used to(i know they are extremely busy and everything but they used to give answers and instructions) and now i feel like i'm being held out of the astral.

I've been through some tough things recently and honestly, i lost what made me want to keep going, i still try my Best to keep my duty as a warrior but i can't enter the astral the way i used to anymore.

Can any of you give me any advice on how to get my connection back?

Hey Argos. Welcome back. What you're describing is one of the most common patterns on this path, and the Temple of Zeus Clergy has spoken about it many times. Losing connection after hardship is a workable phase, not a verdict on your soul.

Here is the core thing first, because this is the worry eating at you: the Gods have not gone anywhere. In the sermon The Gods Will Never Give Up On You: Ups and Downs In Life, High Priest Zevios Metathronos is direct that the Gods remain present through life's hardest stretches, and that believing they have withdrawn can actually block them out further on your end. He repeats this in a forum reply titled Confusion, Doubt, Relapse, Help, noting that the thought "they won't help me" closes them out by blocking your own mind. Communication with them is graduated too, so what feels like silence can sometimes be a lower level of communion you have not learned to recognize yet. That whole graduated path is laid out in Communication with Your Guardian Daemons and The Gods on the Temple site, and it helps explain why the relationship can feel dormant without being dead.

What is very likely happening is spiritual burnout from pushing too hard during a hard life stretch. High Priest Zevios Metathronos has a vivid image for this in his forum post Burning Out, where he asks "how good is a fried soldier?" and explains that surpassing your limits means operating at 90 to 110 percent of capacity occasionally, not pushing to 200 or 300 percent and collapsing. In another post, About the Ritual's, he compares it to walking into a gym and trying to bench press half a ton on day one: you do not get superman, you get collapse. Fifteen minutes of consistent daily practice outperforms an hour of sporadic work three times a week. That is the whole lesson in one line, and it applies directly to where you are right now. The Highs And Lows In Life sermon frames lows as natural, normal, and workable parts of spiritual life rather than signs of failure. And Life's Difficulties and Zevism makes the same point with sharper teeth: life is going to have difficulty in it no matter how close you are to the Gods, and that is hardwired into existence.

The kundalini work is part of the picture. The Important Information Concerning Meditation page says it plainly: if your kundalini is stirring and you feel unready, stop meditating for a few days and make sure every chakra is wide open before continuing. Pushing the serpent upward when your foundation is already shaken is exactly how people lose sensitivity instead of gaining it. What you are describing, struggling to feel energy and being held out of the astral, fits that picture. This is a reset, not a restart. You completed most of the foundational meditations, so the base is still there. What got buried under the tough times and the heavy kundalini work is the daily rhythm.

Here is a practical path back, all from existing public material you can follow as written. In a short forum reply titled How to be a better Zevism, High Priest Zevios Metathronos lays out a simple framework for exactly this kind of moment: meditate, study and advance physically, pray to the Gods, stay the course, repeat daily until new habits form. The Healing, Cleaning, and Dealing With Life Negativity page explains that meditation itself stirs up inner cleansing, which often surfaces as confusion and emotional turmoil, especially when life has already piled stress on top. That is not something broken. It is normal and necessary work. Cleaning your aura daily using the How to Clean Your Aura method, followed by Basic Daily Aura of Protection from High Priestess Lydia Coventina, will rebuild the energetic baseline that makes everything else work. For the first few days, keep sessions short: ten to fifteen minutes of void meditation, then aura cleaning, then the basic daily aura of protection. Nothing advanced. After about a week, add back ten minutes of hatha yoga and a short focus meditation. Pray daily to the Gods and to your Guardian Daemon, even just a few honest sentences. The relationship is what carries you through the silence.

For the heavy life period itself, Saturn is the ally you want. In the Library of Thoth sermon Saturn: Satya, Golden Age and Lord of Time, High Priest Zevios Metathronos teaches that Saturn rules necessity, hardship, responsibility, and discipline. When you are going through genuinely hard times, working with Saturn helps you meet those forces rather than be flattened by them. The Temple of Zeus Rituals site has dedicated Saturn and Pluto workings designed for exactly this kind of period. Run them as written, do not mix or modify.

Your warrior duty does not require peak performance. Trying to keep your duty as a warrior while depleted is not failure. It is the warrior path itself. A warrior who rests and rebuilds the foundation is not weaker than one who collapses mid battle. The sermon The Heroic Path: Learning To Stand Strong by High Priest Zevios Metathronos speaks directly to this, and so does Finding The Path Again, where he makes this point: when life pulls you off course, the correct response is to seize the moment you return without hesitation. The window is here, in this life, right now.

One more concrete thing worth watching. The page What Connects You and Disconnects You With The Gods lists the bridges and the barriers. The barriers are things like neglect of meditation, failure to actively engage, negative behavior, psychological blocks, and excessive focus on materiality. Look honestly at which of those might have crept in during the hard stretch, not to blame yourself, but because the path back usually runs through one of those doors. High Priest Zevios Metathronos himself went through this kind of reset and described it plainly in About Your First Saturn Return: during his own draining transit, he dedicated more time to yoga and cleaning rather than withdrawing, and gained the favor of his superiors through that hard work.

You are not starting over. You are returning to the same foundation that already worked. The connection did not vanish. It has been waiting for you to come back and sit down with it again. Hail the Gods, and welcome back.

The Gods are not too busy; they are not limited that way.

If you are just getting back into it, then be patient; although, focus on purity and mental control, rather Kundalini work. More than anything else, the God rituals are designed to connect you with them.

Additionally, Hatha Yoga and Chakra work will gradually open you up to the Gods, states of consciousness, and the astral, but nothing replaces greater purity. A clean soul automatically reaches the Gods through its lightness, to a degree.

Welcome back! Blessings to you

Argos

Thanks brother!

I'll start the Yoga as soon as possible, i must say that i'm not "getting back" i lost my contact out of nowhere, probably because of mental instability but i'll get over it eventually.

It seems a spiritual burnout.

I suggest you to relax and to focus on the Awareness Meditations:

You need to center your Mind so you can feel better your Soul.
