i hadn't been paying attention to the hours of the planets when i meditate. and i have a feeling that i have been meditating a lot on the bad planets and that is why i am having these blockages. when i click on downloading the chronos page, it says that it can be harmful to my computer. is there any other way i can download it? or is it not harmful?

The message of the program being harmful appears because the program publisher is unverified. If HP Pythia recommends it, I doubt it is a virus or spyware. I installed it a week ago and nothing happened.

I'm confused to how this works for daylight savings time does it know when it is daylight savings time? Another thing too is in Indiana the time zone used to be in central time zone a long time ago then after the Standard Time Act took place in 1918 the time zone was set for eastern time for Indiana but in 2006 some of state switched back to central time. So what should I do? I'm confused on how I should properly set ChronosXP because I want it to be as accurate as possible for my workings or rituals. Thank you

"Daylight savings" isn't real. It isn't how nature and the planets work, it's just so we can keep 24 exact hours in a day throughout the year despite the days gradually getting shorter and longer (depending on the season), and then we add or minus one hour twice a year to have more daylight in the day.

If you study the planetary hours throughout the year (just skim ahead from month to month) you will notice their pattern, and twice a year, it seemingly skips an hour. And then it makes sense. It isn't the planetary hours skipping an hour, it's our daylight savings time that seemingly throws things off.

Did I make sense?

Where I grew up, we didn't have DST.

Find out your exact location (just google your town) and input the long and lat in the Chronos settings. I have an app on my iPod by Lunarium.co.uk and it's location specific. Very handy. I just click one button and it adjusts to my exact location.

Hey, since you are in the subject of "daylight savings", I'd like to ask, isn't that one hour difference causing harm to our organism? As in, we've gotten used to waking up at let's say 7 am in order to go to work, and now it'll have to be 8 am, then again 7 am etc etc... Doesn't that throw our balance off permanently? (as it is being repeated yearly)

I just wanted to add, that the ChronosXP program runs on your computer's clock. So when you computer changes into/out of DLS time (most computers will do this automatically when they are set for an area that goes through DLS) and thus ChronosXP will work with this.

As Lydia said. Just google "Longitude and Latitude for (your town)" and type that into the program.

The body clock tends to adjust quite quickly, especially to only an hour difference.

When you go overseas, you may feel drained and/or exhausted (or awake and energetic depending on what time you traveled) because of the difference in the time zones. At say 10pm, you're used to it only being 12pm, and being awake and active.

After a couple of days at most, the body adjusts to this. On a subatomic/organic level. I'm not sure of the effects.

Yeah you make sense i know how to adjust the location i just didn't know if ChronosXP knew DST and adjusted to that for the locations that happen to have DST. And thanks for sharing that program.

I agree with what your saying. I've traveled across country in the US where theres a 3 hour time difference. After a day or so like you said you've adjusted to the time change. Where I work I'm on 2nd shift, sometimes they want me to go to first shift which starts a 6am. Going from getting up around 7 to getting up around 3 is a big difference, give it a few days I'm adjusted to it.

From my personal experience, doing the 10 Tibetan Breaths seem to "re-set" the body clock. Of course, it may be a combination of keeping a steady schedule of the Breaths and yoga and meditations, but I think the Tibetan breaths alone have a lot to do with it.

Or maybe I'm naturally immune to jet-lag lol.
