chakras for claurvoyance

So I think I opened the smaller chakras on the sides of the head and it just said to get your attention on them well I did and a felt pain on the sides of my head but do I need to meditate on them more or is it done? When will my psychic hearing start to work? Oh and is it possible to feel energy with your hand chakras from like 3 feet away? When I consentrate I feel so much energy in my arms and hands that they feel tingly and almost numb and it feels cold like if I was chewing on ice mints with my hands. I can't even do any simple meditation withough feeling like theres hundreds of ants crawling on my arms and hands. Thanks in advance

your hand chakras, are really sensitive and easily stimulated. if you pratice manipluating energy,there is probably allot of succes with you

did you ever work on them before?

i suggest that you try continuing the meditation for your clairaudience points.if the pain gos out of hand, then go slowly.

No I've never worked on my hand chakras before. I'd never even opened my hand chakras before and still since the begining it felt like I'm holding all my bodies energy just in my arms and hands. And when I'm meditating I almost like try to shake it off because its kind of anoying when I'm trying to concentrate.
