While Moon was is VOC, I received a course training package. I had to buy it, it didn't seem appropriate for another time. Will this cause a problem? I did not log in to the system for the first time. I just bought it. I haven't taken any of the courses yet and as I said I haven't started yet, I just bought it. Well I bought something on a void of moon once and until now never used it. Not because I did not want to but somehow a lot of things happened that kept me from using it. Just weird.

I generally wait until the Moon is not VoC, as strange things tend to come up, as Luis mentioned above.
So since you bought it anyway, start it when the Moon is not VoC, and affirm that everything is going well with it (make your own statment). This has happened with me before as well, it wasn't feasible to wait to buy something, and it worked out fine.
