So today I tried to astral project for the first time and man, I don't know if I am stupid or what, but how the heck do you "leave your body"? XD

I was meditating for over an hour so I was in, well I can say deep trance.
I tried both methods, one that is on the JoS website where i close chakras and turn them clockwise and the other method from the pdf file called "Treatise on Astral Projection" by Robert Bruce.

While I was in trance and tried to "exit" I tried to slowly lift my arms in attempt to exit and I felt massive energies in my hands so I continued.
After a while I realised I was only lifting my hands and the energies stopped.

Can someone explain the process to me as I honestly have no idea how to do this. XD

You need to be in a very deep trance, where you can't even feel your body. That's when the chances are high of succeeding. Also, keep practicing daily as you'll definitely get there. It's not a logical/mechanical process as you're pretty much following the right procedure. You said you felt energies which is a positive indication you're going somewhere. The goal is to move the astral body and if you can feel it, you're doing great already. You just need to be consistent and patient with yourself.

Alright, thanks for clearing this up. Constant practice is the key. I tried today and same happened. Seems like I will need to practice more on going into much deeper trance but still not sure how to do that.
I can get to the point where I can't feel my body but my mind is still pretty much active so I assume I just have to keep going till my mind is completely blank.
Anyways, will continue with this as I find it really fun and amazing to do.

Trance does not = void/mindfulness.

And void/mindful does not = trance.

Both are mutually exclusive. From what people have replied to me sometimes but not always a trance isn't a pure quietness of thoughts. Certainly if you get deep there is a cessation of chatter. But not always.

Although I don't have practical experience with trance nor got anywhere with void besides a few moments of thought suspension.

I have come to research this stuff and it seems like sometimes when in a trance for people their thoughts continue sometimes being used as guided meditation.

Void/Mindfulness CAN lead to a trance but just because it may induce SOME thing it doesn't mean your putting your effort to trance.

The way to trance deeper is to perform what your performing in entering a trance and then fall backward in your mind to induce an altered state.

But sometimes diving too deep doesn't let you experience the more milder experiences of trance and you might miss out on education of altered states. So for example say you didn't go too deep. But you went well, there could be clues as to your depth.

Everything you described on Astral projection is spot on. Many have stated it feels so real pulling their leg out or arm out that it feels the same as real life.

Just be prepared for the big end of the World so to speak aspect. Many have reported like they are going to explode with energy or everything is loud like a chaotic scene of cacophony of sounds.

I believe that's the cue for an exit about to happen.

Remember it's about putting your body to sleep and your mind awake. Much akin to lucid dreamers who can "enter" their dreams. AP is similar your just transferring your consciousness to your astral body.

Other techniques are found in Robert Bruce's book like the rope or ladder or some other exit projection method.

Well it is honorable to want to do the RTRS early maybe day one after dedication, but if you are not used to the energy reps it takes, time consuming a day etc it could make you feel drained, overwork you in the beginning on your spiritual quest to godhood which is not good. You can try, but if you feel overbordened you should do less rtr ( always clean after) and fokus on the 40 days programm. If I remember right I first did the 40 days programm and then started to do my first RTRs.

I have a question about the JoS protection ritual. As I just done it for the very first time, I normally just do the FRTR in my car after work, but since I got some extra free time this weekend I joined in the schedule.

Few questions, am I supposed to *feel* the vibration of the Runes? Even Tyr? Or am I supposed to focus on not feeling them? (I felt them)

Visualization tips...? If I knew what the HPs would look like, I would visualize them engulfed in golden-white, what I did was visualize the JoS up and running normally, with some sort of white golden "aura" on it... I just decided to do this last minute, didn't think would have been such a challenge, but I asked Father Satan to send me a Demon to help me out with the energies, so for now I got it covered. However I would like to learn what's the best way to do this.

Am I supposed to clean the aura and the room?

Can I have my pets around?
I know I can't have them when drawing energy from the environment, just read Maxine post about that a few days ago.

Ah the inward battle….we’ve all been there. There could be lots of reasons, past lives can be one, doubt is another. Satan, as far as I can tell, and from what I’ve read on the Jos site kinda keeps your abilities under a shield of sorts if you have doubts. Once you dedicate and really mean it, things move faster. Unlike other paths dabbling is dangerous in true Satanism, like what the Jos is all about. The moment you come in contact with this and try to move forward you immediately find yourself under attack of some sort….doubts, things go wrong etc. Like I have a friend who is clearly on the other side spiritually. I gst ready to dedicate and she calls me out of the blue and starts asking all sorts of questions about my religion and spirituality…clearly throwing doubts into anything I might be studying. I found the coincidence odd until I realized, “oh yeah, the enemy works on a spiritual plane too.” So I blew her off.

According to the Bible itself, he (the Serpent) tried to bring knowledge to humanity. Looking at the meditations on JOS, it is all about empowering yourself. If someone was trying to deceive you, then they wouldn't simultaneously give you the tools to uncover the truth.

It depends exactly what your problems are. Most people are not actually that ugly. Yes, eventually you can do magic to alter your appearance, but don't expect that to happen soon. However, improving your health will clear up a lot which makes people appear ugly, and this can be done in a shorter time span.

But this vibration is not intended for myself, and specifically with the rune Thurisaz that has many meanings and I'm not entirely sure of what's its purpose in this ritual, either to curse, or something else.. Hence my question, as I wouldn't think wise to vibrate a curse on my soul.

I would have to go with both. Hatha for the flexibility which decreases as you age.

I also have another techniques for making your face look younger.

Sit in a chair in the middle of a square room, close your eyes and then focus your attention on the separate upper corners of the room behind you, on both sides. Do this for about 10-15min a day, longer if you like. Works like a charm in 2-3 weeks. Keep doing it for better results.

Another thing someone told me is the difference between a younger person and an older person is an older person moves slower….so move faster, mind and body working together. This is also where flexibility comes in. If you hurt, then you move slower.

For pain in the joints and general uplift in well being use the supplements PABA and DMAE together. There was a lot of research into GH3 as an anti-aging supplement, and then of course, the FDA banned it, Worked like a charm. If you take PABA amd DMAE together you get GH3, and those are readily available.

I'm well aware of the JOS Protection Ritual. As I said before, you should always feel vibration even if it's directed to something or someone else. Also, are you mistaking Thursiaz for Tyr? Those are two different runes.

The ritual protects us and curses those that have ill will towards the JOS.

On the opening of the crown chakra it says: "In order to open your crown chakra effectively, you must have already performed the Opening of the Third Eye. and the opening of the 6th chakra."

Follow the schedule of the 40 day program and the JOS site as far as opening chakras go. Don't worry right now about Laguz, I was just mentioning it as one solution. Focus on opening and empowering the chakras. The 6th chakra (as you might have experienced by now) is responsible for astral vision. Empowering the 6th will make more of a difference than continually focusing on the 3rd eye. Also, try to look through the 3rd eye as much as possible during other work.

216 Surya is good for cleaning. I found visuddhi to work better, so just go with what works better. For working on astral sensitivities, starting during a waxing Pisces moon would be best, but this is not necessary for smaller working, although it would only help.

Don't expect the Gods to show up in your dreams to tell you what to do. This is not the best use of their energy. They will mostly like guide and lead you to posts on the forums or JOS about what to begin working on or change, so trust your intuition in that regard.

Just wanted to say my wife and I have started the 40 day meditation program. It's been 1 1/2 days and I already notice the difference. I've also added my youth meditation which is published above...next is to get the yoga going.

This is going to be completely transformational.
