In some meditations i start having big smile (teeth visible) and also occasionally i unintentionally vocalize a high pitched ‘NNNNNNN’

Also my breath sometimes start being random or i hold unintentionally occasionally momentarily the breath because of the big smiles that start becoming sometimes almost laughing, but i manage to keep doing what i am doing in that specific meditation. My posture also start becoming rigid because of the big smiles (almost laughter) or i move slightly

Is this okay or i should train myself to keep face cold during meditations and avoid the above?

What you describe is normal. Don't force or stop a reaction of your body to meditation. I'm pretty sure smiling during a meditation happend to all of us at some point, even laughing happened to some of us.

It only is a problem if it distracts you from your practice, but in that case, you need to practice Void Meditation more and you'll be able to focus better on the meditation itself.

Thank you for your reply! I experience it daily and i can do both by choice without forcing, either calmly smiling through it, or having a big smile (more emotionally intense and high), if both are good, which one is more effective ? Or is this personal?

Neither of them is "effective". It doesn't affect you in any way. It's just a reaction of your body to meditation. You just let it happen, and focus on your practice.

Let's put it this way. Your body reacts to energy, new meditations, until it adapts to it.
Some body reactions could be:
- feeling cold/hot
- shivers
- smiling/laughing
- arms/legs trembling (rare cases with advanced meditations)
- eye twitching
- crying
- etc.

None of them are making any difference in your practice. They just exist. And are to be let happen. Don't do them on purpose either. Let them happen and focus on your practice rather than the reaction. This is the most effective thing you can do, to maintain the focus on what you are doing.
