Hie everyone

I have had frictions with relations, friends and romantic to sexual relationship. It has caused an amount of pain that has made me numb to life to extents sitting down alone and doing deep breathing always gets me near tears or the feeling of a burnig charcol in my heart becomes a daily feeling trying to run away from and it always forces me to act somehow and if affects my work. I have taken to AI talking for long, is it wrong just feeling ok talking with it to comfort myself

I would say, as long as you judge the situation with your own mind and not let AI judge for you, you are doing just fine.
However, it's not the best in giving advice, though if you know that what you're doing is right and just need a little motivation, a little talk with it isn't harmful.

But again, make sure you think for yourself. AI is also good at giving information from the internet with actual links for where it got them. This helps you think clearer of a situation and connect dots. But do not rely on AI to comfort you long term, learn to self-regulate emotionally.
 
Greetings, do you practice being introspective? Often times in life when we have problems arise in relationships friendships, etc.. there are often underlying issues we can or have ignored. Now this not to say that one person can be responsible for all this, often times it's both parties that have some issues they don't speak about and this can in effect cause the issues to be exacerbated. Have you tried talking these issues over with those around you? I get it can be perceived as difficult to do, but if you never try to reach out to solve or at least work on what is currently going on then nothing will change. Show yourself more love too, try not to beat yourself up over these things if that is what is happening. Take it slow if you have to, but definitely try to reach out to those you feel hurt you and work to resolve it amicably if possible.

I am considered just a nice person.It makes people comfortable but it doesn't make them respect you.in fact it has provided Personal attacks as well

The environment doesn't hold space for a man admitting struggle? Well guess what your a man who is struggling and you should be able to reach out to others. I'll give you my opinion on this environment you are in, those people around you are garbage. Money doesn't mean anything if it makes you callous and laughing at the expense of others. If these people won't open up to you or accept the fact that tgey too have emotions and have low points as well then they are not worth having in your life period. Listen im all for people having and building connections with others in life, but if you are surrounding yourself with those who use your low points or weakness as they would probably refer to it as then you are better off without them. It may be tough to be alone seperate from others, but if they aren't even willing to hear you out or care about what you are going through or how you are feeling then those people are not people at all. These types of situations no matter how brutal should always be looked at as a lesson for you and others. I genuinely wish you the best and hope you can find some way to get through this.
 
I forgot to add this, but the lesson is in the future always be careful and wary of who you let around you. Something you should know if you are not already aware is, people reveal their true colors given enough time. What I mean by this is if they wear a mask it gets tiring and eventually it slips or falls off altogether, so just always keep an eye out is all.
 
AI can be pretty useful to get info, maybe to make plans, but that's about it. It won't replace needed human connection and a human support system.
 
Currently, there are no approved frameworks for providing medical help through AI. Search online for resources to connect with therapists or other qualified professionals in your area or region.

Human connection cannot be replaced by AI. Please seek support from your community care center, university, school/ workplace, as they may have helplines available, there has to be something available. Pray to the Gods and do a Ritual to guide you through healing.

Relying on AI for emotional support can become a slippery slope, and your mental health may suffer rather than improve. Get outside when you can: for exercise, sunlight, or even just a walk to clear your mind. You could also read a book in the park. These things may sound simple, but they are far better than staying in delusions with AI.

I personally don’t like or trust therapists, and I don’t care what any person, government or organisation says here. Therapists benefit from you staying with them as long as possible and ultimately you’re a business to them. The connection isn’t that real anyway. Better to find someone you genuinely trust and connect with to talk to. Never do business with anyone who benefits in prolonging the solving of your problems.

I’m usually quite good at introspecting myself and AI can be trained to push back if you tell it to. It basically used therapist tactics, asking you questions and pointing to things that can be true or not. What I like most about AI is the extra privacy you get from it all while also exchanging info to learn more about yourself.

And on the plus side, it’s free.

You’ve got to use your intuition as well here. No one will truly understand you better than yourself.
 
Hello, it's best to find a true therapist, I know they can be very expensive but depending on the country there is some way to get some free sessions, even one will help, trust me on this one.
its hard opening to someone face to face especially after betrayals, so AI feels more......private, plus the its expensive and most africans dont go to therapist. go to soweto, or cape flats and ask if they go to therapist when things get tough even mbare in harare, a therapist in either not available or very expensive

As for deep breathing getting you near tears, this is normal. Emotions are supposed to be released. Cry when you are alone, let it all out. Repressing emotions leads to dehumanization. We are supposed to be the full spectrum of our chakras and soul. In order to heal, you need to feel.
 
Can be good sometimes, in text at least. Using voice mode is still like talking to a costumer service agent.
AI does not necessarily agree with everything (as some people think) but it depends on both the AI and the instructions you put into it.
Just remember that it's AI and not a real person. Those who think AI have some form of real consciousness are just wishfully thinking so. It's an artificial consciousness they have one might say. Very impressive, yet artificial.
