Hie everyone

I have had frictions with relations, friends and romantic to sexual relationship. It has caused an amount of pain that has made me numb to life to extents sitting down alone and doing deep breathing always gets me near tears or the feeling of a burnig charcol in my heart becomes a daily feeling trying to run away from and it always forces me to act somehow and if affects my work. I have taken to AI talking for long, is it wrong just feeling ok talking with it to comfort myself
 
You should refrain from doing this, AI has a tendency to be way too agreeable with the user and gaslight them into thinking they 100% in the right no matter what. This will just make things worse for you in the long run.

I would say, as long as you judge the situation with your own mind and not let AI judge for you, you are doing just fine.
However, it's not the best in giving advice, though if you know that what you're doing is right and just need a little motivation, a little talk with it isn't harmful.

But again, make sure you think for yourself. AI is also good at giving information from the internet with actual links for where it got them. This helps you think clearer of a situation and connect dots. But do not rely on AI to comfort you long term, learn to self-regulate emotionally.
 
Greetings, do you practice being introspective? Often times in life when we have problems arise in relationships friendships, etc.. there are often underlying issues we can or have ignored. Now this not to say that one person can be responsible for all this, often times it's both parties that have some issues they don't speak about and this can in effect cause the issues to be exacerbated. Have you tried talking these issues over with those around you? I get it can be perceived as difficult to do, but if you never try to reach out to solve or at least work on what is currently going on then nothing will change. Show yourself more love too, try not to beat yourself up over these things if that is what is happening. Take it slow if you have to, but definitely try to reach out to those you feel hurt you and work to resolve it amicably if possible.
