The following meditation is derived from research done by neuroscientists all the way back in the 1960s. It is an alternative to the more traditional way of entering a trance, which is by inducing a mental falling effect. I have seen a lot of members who, due to one reason or another, are unable to enter a trance, and I hope this serves as a good foundation that they can use and build upon toward mastery, as the skill becomes exponentially easier once you get the hang of it and do it consistently.

This meditation can be shared with friends and family who are uninitiated, as its effects extend far beyond inducing a trance state, ranging from improved mental clarity to healing and more. It appears simple on the surface, but it has tremendous depth and value in the lessons it teaches.

In essence, what we call "entering a trance" is just the deliberate effort of slowing down one’s brainwaves; the slower the brainwaves, the deeper the trance. Our senses plug us into three-dimensional reality, and the skill of trance acts as the volume control between the physical plane and higher dimensions of energy. The more you take your attention off the physical world—your body, problems, responsibilities, etc.—the more you tune into vibration, energy, and frequency.

This is the reason why trance is essential for higher-level meditations and magick; it amplifies spiritual workings tremendously.

In our day-to-day lives, we are, most of the time, focused on something, engaged in an activity of some kind that demands our attention. This fixation on physical reality keeps our brains operating in the Beta range of brainwaves. When a person is in Beta, they are fully awake and alert, able to concentrate, and do cognitive tasks.

Beta is also associated with survival and the stress response. The more stressed and worried you are, the more fixated on your environment and physical world you become. Meditation in this state is extremely difficult, as the faculties that enable visualization and sensing energy are focused on the outside world. One must be able to self-regulate and relax.

As you begin to relax, your brainwaves slow down into Alpha. Alpha is associated with relaxation, creativity, daydreaming, and so on. This is where most power meditation takes place, as the act of vibrating a mantra will prevent the majority of people from entering deeper into Theta and Delta.

In Theta, the body is in a light sleep, while the mind is awake. This is where you start to gain access to the subconscious. Delta is the slowest brainwave frequency. Here, the body is in deep sleep, and there is very little brain activity.

Now, onto the meditation:

Neuroscientists figured out that broadening your focus and sensing nothing but space causes your brainwaves to slow down. Remember, to enter a trance, you need to completely take your attention off the physical world, this includes your body. In order to disconnect from your physical senses, there must be nothing for you to sense, and the only way to do that is in a vacuum or complete darkness. Being in a space devoid of all matter causes you to go from a narrow focus to a broad focus, and the act of sensing space causes you to stop thinking and analyzing.

1. The first step is to relax your body completely.

Since relaxation of the body is essential to achieving a trance state, you must find a comfortable resting position. Sit upright; this way, your mind will stay awake even if your body falls asleep [as with a deep trance].

Keep your hands as close to your body as possible. If you put your hands on your knees or thighs, they will very quickly get tired, causing your shoulders and back to hurt and ruining your meditation. If you wish, you can hold the dhyana mudra:

dhyana-mudra-1024x1024.jpg

This is optional and will not have a big impact on your meditation. If you decide to apply the mudra, rest your hands on your crotch.

If you are sitting with your legs crossed, your hips should be higher than your knees. If your knees are higher, blood will not circulate properly, and they will fall asleep. To elevate your hips, simply sit on a cushion, a folded blanket, or a pillow.

Once you are set up properly, perform the following breathing exercise 5 to 10 times: “Breathe in for a count of four, hold for a count of four, and exhale for a count of four.” Four is given only as a guideline; use whatever number you feel comfortable with.

Then, begin mentally scanning your body from the head down. As you go through each part of your body, become aware of any tension in your muscles and relax them. If you find that a part of your body is uncomfortable, now is the time to make any final adjustments to your sitting position.

2. The second step is broadening your awareness and sensing space.

This meditation is best done in a dark room or with a blindfold on.

Close your eyes and tune into the ensuing blackness. Don’t visualize anything! Understand that nothing exists there, not even your physical body. You are simply an awareness in the dark, nothing more.

Now, as if you had no eyes, no body to feel, sense the infinite depth of the blackness. Again, don’t visualize anything; simply become aware of the infinite space.
  • Sense the infinite space in front of you.
  • Sense the infinite space behind you.
  • Sense the infinite space on both sides of you.
  • Sense the infinite space above and below you.
Spend 1 to 2 minutes sensing each direction. When you get the hang of it, you can even sense multiple directions at a time, if you wish. You will definitely know if you're doing it right; it's an unmistakable feeling of connection or even of being pulled slightly in the direction you are sensing.

Note: If you get impatient or frustrated with yourself, you will drive your brainwaves into Beta. You cannot do this exercise by trying hard and forcing it to happen. This is much like going to sleep; you don’t try as hard as you can to do it; you simply relax and let go. It takes no more effort to direct your awareness in a given direction than it does to put it in your hand or heel.

If you do it right, you should be overcome with a profound sense of inner peace and have no mental chatter in your mind. This means you are firmly in a light to medium trance.

How you deepen the trance from this point is by staying in the blackness and not allowing any thoughts to surface in your mind. The longer you stay in the blackness and think about nothing, the more you will forget about yourself, your body, the problems in your life, your work, etc. When this happens, your brainwaves slow down even more because there is no activity in those circuits of your brain. If you find yourself thinking about people or problems in your life, don't get frustrated; just unfold back into the darkness.

This meditation also has healing properties as it naturally recalibrates the brain. People with chronic stress and anxiety are often shown to have too much energy in their brains, causing them to be constantly overstimulated. Conversely, people with depression, problems with attention, memory, coordination, learning, etc. generally don’t have enough energy in their brains [or specific compartments of the brain] to function correctly. All of this has been measured by brain scans, and this meditation has helped many people correct these imbalances when it is done consistently.

It also gives you all of your attention back. Remember, where you place your attention is where you place your energy. If your attention is scattered on all the problems in your life and you are completely focused on the physical world, then you have no energy left internally for growth and repair, because it’s not a time for that; you are literally trying to survive. No organism can live in survival mode for extended periods of time. The first time I performed this meditation, I got an energy buzz, just from getting my own power back. That’s how spread thin I was; you could be too.

This is an excellent practice to do before any meditation, ritual, or magick, as the effect of any working will be severely weakened if you are just mindlessly vibrating a rune because your attention is on a videogame or something.

I believe the reason why people find trance difficult is that if 95% of what we are is a set of programmed behaviors, then it’s natural for the body, as the subconscious mind, to keep trying to go off and do the usual things it does instead of staying still for meditation. I want you to know that when those thoughts come up, you're actually doing your meditation right. Yes, your body will kick and thrash around like an animal, but sooner or later, it will surrender to you. This is the time to face and overcome yourself.

Extra information:

I am putting this after the article as I didn't want to distract from the main point. When talking about brainwaves, the Gamma brainwave pattern is by far the most obscure. This is the highest recorded frequency range, much higher than Beta. Gamma is associated with intense concentration and problem solving, but for normal people, it is difficult to achieve as it takes a lot of energy to sustain this state of consciousness.

Sustained Gamma brainwave patterns only appear to be possible when energy from the chakras can flow freely up into the brain. In a healthy, clean soul, the energy naturally flows from the base to the crown, and as it goes up each chakra, it increases in frequency. When there is a constant stream of high-frequency energy passing through the brain, it naturally moves into Gamma.

Unlike the high Beta waves of stress and survival that are very erratic and chaotic, Gamma waves are orderly and coherent. The different parts of the brain begin to synchronize and work together. This is often called superconsciousness.

This takes a lot of advancement to achieve. Even if your chakras are completely clean and open, fear, shame, guilt, traumas, repressed sexuality, and any myriad of unresolved issues can keep the energy in the lower chakras and prevent it from flowing up.

However, it is possible to temporarily bypass this and have a life-changing experience. By applying this meditation and reaching a depth of trance where you completely forget about yourself, there will come a moment where the energy is no longer reinforced in the lower chakras and it will begin to flow to the crown. Again, this is only temporary until you resolve all underlying issues, and it only works if your chakras are clean and open enough.

Thank you for the wonderful post! This teaching about the frequency ranges of the brain is amazing, but the ancient yogis knew about it. In the Nath tradition, the three rings of Kundalini are associated with waking (beta-alfa), dreaming (teta) and deep dreamless sleep (delta) waves. Superconsciousness, raised serpentine, is associated with gamma waves, an increased frequency of perception of reality. It's amazing how ancient knowledge goes hand in hand with modern science.

Thanks Brother

The problem I have with this is that these states are very fleeting. I will enter into this "infinite void" so to say, and everything just starts flying past me. Machines, Languages, Mathematics, Planets, it's like I begin to encompass this level of infinity. Then when I try to grasp this and hold onto this state, it just disappears and I'm back to a regular meditative state.

The only way I can describe this better is like one is within the highest reaches of the aether, where things all begin to flow downwards to the lower dense levels of existence.

Trying to hold this state appears to be extremely difficult.

Thank you! Joe Dispenza sounds like he knows his stuff, I already wanted to study his works. Mastering a simple meditation like this one will do so much for the development of an individual on this path. People always want to know more about advanced stuff, but it must be known that once you master trance and void meditation you have basically laid the foundation to develop every spiritual ability there is.

This part is so true. I've experienced this frequently throughout my life, and just one trance session is all it takes to solve this.

Wonderful post!

The point of the darkness is to have nothing to focus your attention on, like a singular point in space, to broaden your focus. As long as you don't focus on the colors and tune them out like background noise, you will achieve the same effect.

View attachment 472

Thank you brother, the Great Post, I will take it into service and I will actively use it!

I tried yesterday and every time I'd start to descend I would start hearing music. Furthermore, i find it difficult to dissociate with the sensations of your body. Annoyingly, I feel uncomfortable no matter how I sit.

There is nothing wrong with sitting in a chair, you don't have to find a fancy position on the ground.

I believe the mudra could actually be quite more useful if you circulate your energy through your hand chakras in your entire being, somewhat controlling the flow.

This is interesting but the other method work fine to me just need to BE relaxed like after an orgasm or yoga and then focus, doing the breathing 666 for a while then the fall sensation, is close to this one but this one dont have the falling sensation

What ever you want . To solve a problem. Or to focus on the demon that you want to talk to? Once you get into that deep trance and going into the astral Plains where you are able to talk to a loved one that has passed away or visit with that demon or that God that is working with you that is trying to give you a message correct me if I'm wrong?

The point of the darkness is to have nothing to focus your attention on, like a singular point in space, to broaden your focus. As long as you don't focus on the colors and tune them out like background noise, you will achieve the same effect.

Thank you for writing this.
It explains why sometimes just a shift of focus seems to be enough for me.. I thought that was odd but now I see its just natural.

View attachment 472

Thank you so much for this information! I have tried the "falling" method and I have a really hard time getting into a trance. I usually have a lot of anxiety and this may help with that as well. I'll have to try this.
Hail Satan

3rd day in a row, getting better at it. This is from a guy who never works on trance. Yes, I know it is a fundamental I should have been practicing before now..

For anyone needing advice on sensing infinite space, start at your front and work your way clock wise making a while circle around you until you are back at the front.
After this, you can try and feel a sphere with no set boundaries all around you.

Lastly, although Power didn't say this and I don't know if to ok, but you can passively imagine stars in the far far distance to give you the impression of how alone you are.

This is very helpful. I wanted to share this with those who understand the language of my country as well, so I had it translated. Thank you for this post!

I’m gonna use blindfolds for complete darkness while getting myself in a trance, but I assume all has to be quiet when doing this, and here it’s not. My cat is either meowing, or cars are passing by in front of my house or the neighbor who is a trucker keeps his trucks’ motor running 2 weeks out of each month and it is loud. Does everything have to be silent when doing this? Is it ok to listen to space music or white noise on some headphones when trying to induce trance? I wish it wasn’t so damn noisy around here!

You can use the things that you suggested, but you can practice even in the loudest places. High adepts are able to enter a trance state and have complete focus in all scenarios, no matter the circumstances. So if you train despite of all of this, reaching a trance state with the proper conditions will be extremely easy to you.

In regards of sounds being "painful" during trance, from my experience that only applies to unexpected ones.

Buy yourself ear plugs, the kind people use at the gun range. Or those anti noise headphones workers use in noisy workplaces.

Hey power of Justice i really like this post here but i believe some parts are a bit off, allow me to explain and through test and trial it will become apparent. So most of what i am about to say isn't my opinion or something i made up rather i just discovered most of it because of satan, just so we're clear.

Months back i was channeling my attention outside my physical body after saving & manipulating much needed bio energy, i was practicing like hell and also deploying my sexual energy towards my desire to detach from this filthy world as a quick as possible in case it breaks apart!! my normal attention was usually on the surge of sensations i get from practice, soon after i started feigning for more sustained practice without limitations compared to chanting, it was at this point i wanted something to practice indefinitely

THANKS TO SATANS GUIDANCE!!

slowly and undoubtedly steadily I beamed my focus to areas away from my back, front etc away from my physical body.
I channeled a great amount of focus to hold the axis, it was then that i have realized the Yoga sutras by Rishi Patanjali om the attainments of supernatural powers.

From this state i noticed the ancient books of yoga hold the axis of focus always on the third eye etc. In my dealings elsewhere i soon came to nderstand that that was only for their case and that to totally transcend the physical gross body the axis of awareness has to be channeled away from the body instead in a concentrated one pointed way for an indefinite period of time.

I WILL QUOTE THE BOOK
"Patanjalis Yoga Sutras with the commentary of Vyasa and the gloss of Vāchaspati Miśra"

" THE YOGA DARSANA OF PATANJALI
CHAPTER THE FIRST, ON TRANCE (SAMADHI).

VYASA'S COMMENTARY: Translation from Sanskrit Text

Now."-This word here denotes undertaking. B text giving a revised critical teaching of Yoga. is to be understood as having been undertaken.

Yoga is contemplation (Samadhi, trance), and it is a characteristic of the mind pervading all its planes. The planes of the mind are:- Wandering ; Forgetful (Mildha) ; Occasionally steady or distracted (Vikgiipta) ; One-pointed (Ekrigra) ; and Restrained (Niruddha),

That however, which in the one-pointed mind, fully shows forth an object existing as such in its most perfect form, removes the afflictions, loosens the bonds of ltarma and thus inclines it towards restrain, is said to be the Cognitive Trance (samprajnata Samadhi).

When however all the tnodifications come under restraint, the trance is ultra-cognitive (Asamprajanata Samadhi). "

OPINION
In my opinion there is really nothing new in research but rather a re-discovering of facts in the multitude of various viewpoints or perspectives. The Rishi patanjali spoke in a general sense about the attainment of Trance or samadhi a general sense NOT a definite sense as to prescribe techniques and what modern yoga babas do.

and that sucks because the person getting those slimy techniques without the foundational art just practice like an automated doll on schedule, if they don't give up sooner or later they get amazed by some dumb shit like levitation which is so far low from what is really possible- which is impossible as large as violent storms and a realm of total chaos

I met an idiot trying to sell me a course on bio energy twice, he got the ancient chinese theme and he lives in italy and is impressed by his babas ability to stun him and set things on fire. I am not bragging here anyone can do this, anyone can be in the dream of whatever they want and imlossible things are possible. No one is better than anyone, the competitive mentality is total bullshit where some need to lose so others can win and the idea of scarcity to hold the outline of the jewish insane dilemma is totally dumb and will only backfire on their asses and their researchers asses. They will all FEEL the PAIN of spreading false shit

Those researchers in a sense are spreading corrupted knowledge implying for you to limit your faculties of being in a trance state for a definite period of time, or working with limitations such as relaxation.

You can be in a trance state indefinitely by holding a certain axis of beaming your attention away from your physical body ALL THE TIME for an indefinite period, it then becomes a need to break your former record. I promise you, you will enter dreams effortlessly until your daily life just turns into a dream, that is where i usually take a break from or Not. From my satanic guidance i combine stressful methods such as standing stakes or Zhang Zhuang or wushu 13 stakes intensive stress to further increase the effort of holding my attention AWAY from my physical body and it translates to holding the axis in comfort or when engaged with daily things (when relieved from such stress levels understandably it becomes effortless in a sense and the duration is longer than the usual) It lnvokes deeper and deeper trance until it is all astral or dreamy while fully awake. This is the realm of magic

If you reach it then doing magic shows look pathetically weak and corney compared to telportation not eating or drinking, invoking the elements to a high degree and just getting rich or whatever, demons even showed me how getting rich is totally stupid and like an obsession to keep someone here, the world opens up and like it is large and forever with no limits.
but that is the extent of knowing the truth.

i naturally felt the urge to go where there are violent storms thunder hurricanes and extremities, i think that is where i come from, chaos. Thanks to demons and Satan (which is very REAL and Not a concept btw) they really do guide the dedicated

This is also a self note by which i can understand myself better and i usually only write so very few things or rather find myself hard to reach

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE
I have achieved 2 things from this while beginning

no.1 I have managed to transform my everyday life into a semi dream state, now i do not know at times if this is related much about brain waves (I don't acknowledge brain wave states). Regardless after a while while begining i have stopped practicing for personal reasons in which it was increasingly difficult in differentiating what a dream was and was not. And from the need to incorporate more knowledge as this was something totally new and might be risky since it is unexplored and i am a new satanists, but thanks to satan i feel really nice knowing and doing these things

no.2 The second thing i have achived is faster manifestation, i have tested this using the elements by which i basically submerged my self in intense heat and a world of chaotic fire after which i submerged myself in the cool of endless oceans and storms. It only took 7 min and my nose got stuffed and i developed an onset of a cough. It was successful

POSSIBILITIES
Through introspection it is becoming apparent increasingly how many worlds are before us spaning in infinite directions. you can use an app like NIGHT SKY or SKY VIEW with the location enabled and see there are stars everywhere on coordinate. Usually if you hold an axis long enough you won't need the dumb technology. That is how i felt and disregarding the views nasa or flat earthers hold. And how the visual cortex is only limited to the spheres of matter (which can also be altered) (because matter itself is not matter) When examining the possibilities it is a complete dream (to save time in explaining).

The commonly accepted talents of levitation moving objects & setting fires and such things look ridiculous in comparison to what is actually possible. It became apparent someone was setting the rules on what is possible and what is not, there is like some shit in everyones minds like a plague, i am led to believe it could be the mind and body itself, since the body itself is a mind inturn, and hence why this works so well.

In a made up world where people sit and want to achieve levitation and "no mind" for the rest of their lives and call that that an achievement is spiritual degradation and worship compared to emboding and being with the gods forever, but i suppose no one talks about it because it is something that is viewed as threat in empowering everyone. Thing is everyone has limited attention (and what translates for some one another may not quite understand entierly)and usually this thing needs full commitment, so like having the slightest need to be absorbed in bullshit will only throw the axis off course leading things to take other turns or being susceptible to enemy attacks and programs.

PROCEDURE
I am not sure what coordinates you are using but you have to fine tune the attention on a specific coordinate outside your physical body and not let it be dispersed, because then it would'nt really do anything.
Because as you know attention is energy and energy needs to be kept fine tuned for magic or attracted perception , just like beginner level magic in the jos main page where rituals are unnecessary.

In this case fine tuning the awareness away from the physical body is superior and that is forgetting all the labels from patanjali, researchers and everything else. The further out i traveled it actually changed the confines of what reality was. I use weed to aid at times, in small proportions when the matrix is excerting a high level of stress or an astral Net, keep in mind i know weed is poison that shuts parts of the mind and body.

I do not recommend even marijuana at even the tiniest levels because it is an acid and has a implication in hurting the body, but that was my reason needed in posining the physical body briefly. I acknowledge it does poison the body btw regardless i have made gains especially when invoking outer worldly entities in a poisoned trance state. Just know what you're doing if you follow up with that

On average i have had 3x or more real continuous dreams constantly, there is'nt a time where i do not have real dreams. At the beginning stages, if you calculate a years practice it would amount to vanishing totally from the world in a literal sense often appearing briefly because the gains are unlimited if you are serious.
Not eating, Not sleeping Not needing to spend cash. It is all possible, In fact i got a lesson on how to get rich on following that theme From Satan!

okay so lately i was wondering how to enhance this to make it work really really fast because time is Limited and i want to cut a year in half or more.

I have already mentioned The standing stakes, which boosted my practice 4 months back. But i have upgraded towards using sanakrit mantras like muñeka which work like magic

I use munka to remove obstacles that stop my attention from being focused on that particular point. And let me tell you it is really powerful. The focus is really important as well as the affirmation. The affirmation is really important.

I use The affirmation to address the specific coordinate an axis away from my body to channel indefinite attention energy towards. I figured it should be behind the back so it doesn't affect the visual cortex needed to navigate this world or it could collide and cause an impairment since already a lot of the light spectrum is assembling with intensity in the front of the body and constantly sending information signals to the brain. So the front is not ideally the best place.

At the onset It becomes like a 3rd person perspective and you become a player around NPC world. I even found it not good to share but decided i should because human advancement is really critical at this point. Along the fact that everytime i share something it comes to bit me but this is not mine it is satans so i am not making this up!

It definitely made me wanna leave the internet alone and go out and do things because of realizations of being inside a bigger computer. The powers of perception are unmatched btw. It undoubtedly also shows and exposes enemies like Elon Musk who are computer A.I maniacs who want the world to get plugged up, which is disastrous considering we're already plugged in the 3d matrix as it is, and this comes with the realisation after the fact the attention leaves the body alone mostly

I warn myself to always remember it is ALL only a position in the attention axis in focus, because you may have heard in dreams kidnappings or abductions can become real & People can vanish, and i was led to see how the infamous CIA gateway tapes usually do those things with using their programmed frequency. Maybe they give people as experiment tools to those greys in exchange for technology!! Those People make people pay thousands for their doom for their Not so quality channel. I suspect and call it brain waves. Another reason on how new age spirituality is actually a weapon fyi but as it is ultimately a predatory world it is understandable and ugly

But other natural things that come or follow as a result of trance states i noticed is that i don't have to chant as much, for example vibrating 108x is like over effort, Another thing it does is it corrects like bad behaviors and not having discipline which people can usually associate with karma or curse when it was only a behavior.

By using the munka vedic sanskrit word of power for completely and totally erasing all obstacles that hold the attention from that specific axis it naturally slowly kills the bad behaviors whether they are anger hate or whatever as a result, by killing those bad reactive states we can also be (for the most part) inaccessible to the enemy or their black magic practice. As you may very well know black magic and enemy attacks on a more foundational level works off of things that captivate the person or target, like if there is a bad habit then it works off that point usually, but cleaning the aura and returning curses can be done by feeling the aura inside and out like the meditation called splitting the soul.

Not to imply that vibrating is not needed, actually vibrating becomes a word of power that can dramatically increase the effects of a working when operating from this stage.

well thank you for reading and if you have anything valuable you want to add to this please do.

This was very well written and if offers some amazing insight and advice! Thanks Power of Justice!

I wanted to ask, not that it's important, but I'm curious about sitting cross-legged. Is this a necessary skill to hone? I've always had difficulty since I was a child with sitting cross-legged and it's always been a bit uncomfortable for me, feeling pressure and reduced circulation.

I've mostly been using a chair or laying on my back for getting into a trance.

Thanks again for the great information!

The position in which you meditate doesn't matter much, ideally it is one that allows you to relax completely. In theory you could meditate standing or even walking [in a trance] if you could find a place where no car is gonna hit you, or walk off a cliff.

By the way, you don't have to sit cross legged to meditate upright, you can sit in a supported kneeling position. Google meditation benches.
