Hello guys. Tell me please, whether do I need to do fast movements or slow movements when performing kundalini yoga exercises. I've been doing them slowly and deeply inhaling/exhaling. But, I've recently found out that they are doing exercises very fast on videos on the Internet. I just wonder how can you inhale/exhale deeply when doing yoga exercises at a fast pace?

Hail Satan!!!

Yoga is one of those things you should do when it is most comfortable to you. If you are comfortable doing slow breaths with slow movements, then fine.If you want to do it a bit faster, no harm done.
HAIL SATAN!
