a little confusion

yesterday while I was meditating something weird happened. I was doing some energy meditation and after I went into the trance all was well until I got a weird sensation on my head, all of the sudden in my mind I saw someone standing in front of me. Said being was holding an Ankh between its two hands and there were two statues behind and some sort of very long black curtains that covered part of the feet of the statues (said statues looked like the ones of Anubis from the ancient Egypt), I couldn't see anything else and when I opened my eyes the most overwhelming headache I've ever had in a while started all of the sudden and half an hour later it was gone...

I really don't know if I should ask for help...or what was all of that exactly... I'm very confused.
