A little bit lost - need advice

Hi everyone, for 2-3 months I focused more on studying WW2 regime than actually doing the meditations to advance.

I came back to Satan again, but I need a routine to follow to actually do meditations and advance, it would be really useful.

What is your routine? Please share it with me!

Include Void Meditation, Aura Cleaning, Aura of Protection, Chakra Spinning, Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and the Final Ritual in it.

From here you can add additional stuff as you desire, but make sure you have all the essentials listed above. Usually the above schedule would also have one working of some kind added to it. I would recommend a cleansing working here, with Suryae, Raum, Uruz, Thurisaz, Munka, or Visuddhi as the mantra. Try to find the chakra that is the most dirty and scarred in your case (you can tell by a cold, constricting feeling in/around the chakra), and focus on cleaning it with that working.
