Can I please have some feedback on if I’m doing what I need to be doing for meditations right now.

I completed the 40 day program. Been keeping up with AC.AP.VM twice daily. Chakra spinning in the morning. Hatha & Kundalini yoga everyday followed by my T1 affirmations & at night I’ve been following the 6 month program.


Should I be focusing on something else first? Or is this a good routine for me ? Thank you for feedback in advance.

Other than God Rituals, which I assume you do for personal reasons every now and then as well as the schedules, this is pretty good for a general program to follow. The benefits will build up over time.

I'd recommend you to get into the habit of doing workings. Have at least one working going at all times, depending on what you need.

This is a really good next step to take, as it:
- teaches you to be goal-oriented and advance in life
- lets you experient with various methods safely (using the Sun for a working with a solar mantra, using Runes, using a Sanskrit mantra from ToZ, etc.)
- it naturally allows you to take in more energy, improve at trance, and other fundamental skills

Not necessarily meditation work, but I'd take the time to also expand in terms of study. Learn about astrology and use this knowledge to improve your life, for example. Or Ayurveda. Or a sport that develops character.

Look into making tweaks, improvements and additions to your Yoga routines (you can lean more towards experimenting, or really stick with certain things for a while before you switch), HPS Lydia has a ton of material you could test out for specific Chakras or goals.
Learn to do Yoga and program the energy, asanas are an underrated energy source and none should go to waste.
