Sometimes, my 3rd eye, and my temples (not usually at the same time) just feel like they get a sudden blast of energy or like they just "open up" like when I'm meditating on my 3rd eye or on my chakra. Cept they just randomly "flair up" like I just blasted them with a bunch of bright white energy. This seems to happen at random times. I was wondering if anybody else has this experience sometimes? If so, what do you think it is?
The other thing is just a general question about the clairaudience meditation procedure, should I spend a few minutes on each individual point on my head? Or should I try to focus on them in groups? It seems to me if I spend a few minutes on each point then I would be focusing on them for a long time. What do you all suggest?
