40 Day Meditation Program ( feeling the energy)

Hey guys, I have a question. When I breath in the white/gold energy, I get a tingling sensation in my crown chakra and my third eye, us this normal? Also, I get that sensation periodically throughout the day, usually when I think about meditation, Father Satan, or a demon. Does anyone have a clue why I don't feel the energy in my other chakras as well, or why I feel the energy/ tingling sensation periodically?
