Given the ubiquity of fraudulent and fallacious information present on the internet, especially that pertaining to the occult, I find myself incredulous to most arcane matters I encounter upon the web. Thus I recourse to the you all today with questions and an expectation of fact in response to my questions (for i esteem your answers more trustworthy than others).

here are my questions:
(1) is ophiucus (the '13th sign' i.e. 'the snake bearer'.) genuine
(2) if it is indeed so how does it effect the planets.
