For meditations you don't have to wait, especially if it's raising energy. For magick workings, such as something to get a job, something to find love, something to get something into your life or change your life, those need time between them. It's like doing a physical workout, in that case...

I would still wait 5 minutes, just to let the first working settle. Meditations can be done sequentially though. Generally for magickal workings, you will need time to recharge anyway, so it's best to space them out.
