I have been consistent for 8 months and never tried any yoga before then. I don’t think it is something I will ever give up, I really enjoy it now and feel many benefits from doing it

I don't practice yoga I just do minor stretches and sometimes follow qi-gong routines, I've been wanting to do more yoga but finding a good beginners routine is difficult when i see so many different poses and purposes for yoga when I do look.

I'm somewhat ashamed to admit that Yoga has been on my "to do" list for a long time (along with quite a few other things), and I still haven't gotten into it.

I'm trying to be more productive, although it is easier said than done, regarding myself. I need to do more.

I go through cycles where I do it for a while (1-2 months daily), and then lower it to 1-2 a month (for around 2-3 months).
I get overly burnt out for some reason, I'm not even sure why exactly.
