Why am I not seeing results from the Power Meditation, and what are they supposed to be? What results are supposed to come from cleansing my aura and chakras? I've been doing it for almost a year, but my depression isn't going away. I'm not seeing any results from doing Power Meditations on my seven chakras, 40 times each. My life isn't changing for the better, and I haven't experienced any insights that would allow me to change my life for the better. I'm not saying there's any progress at all, but it's probably not what I expect, but what should I expect? What levels are there, and what should I expect? I just don't understand what level I'm at, how much more I have to achieve, and what I'm actually achieving. It's just demotivating. I mean, it's like in a computer game: let's say there are 100 levels. You meditate for a month, and within a month you've reached level 3. You know it, and you know what's unlocked and what's available to you there.

I love an example that High Priest Hooded Cobra gave at some point that when you plant a seed, you keep watering it and you don't see anything on the surface for a long period of time, but underneath, the roots are being made and you just wake up that your seed has sprouted, but if you quit watering too early, you might not see it sprout at all. It is the same with meditation. A lot of people start seeing huge noticeable results after 2 years of consistent meditation, and sudden, huge changes in their life. So I would say you're just on time.

I understand there could be a lot of frustration if you're not seeing the results you expected, that's why it's best to not have any expectations, because we all came to this at different past life levels and some advance quicker and some advance a little slower and that is completely normal, but is highly unpredictable. So learn to enjoy the path itself.

You said "how much more I have to achieve", "What levels are there" and truth is, this is not something linear and you should expect to do this for the whole eternity and never get to an ending point, because there is none. No matter how powerful you become, there's always room for more and for better, and even after the Magnum Opus, you keep advancing. And that should be liberating because it lifts a huge weight of your shoulders once you realize it.

Keep in mind that you've been meditating for less than a year, and you did see results, even if you expected better. That means you're doing something right and you should keep going.

greetings. Cleaning and meditating on your seventh chakra alone will not cure you of depression, unfortunately. I once saw a message from HPS with something along the lines of "chakra work for physical illnesses, and runic work for mental ones." I dont remember exactly what was said. I couldn't find the content, you might have to look for more information on the forums. I also have been told that all the things around like chakra work, building protection, etc may only help indirectly.

wunjo rune seemingly associated with bliss, joy, harmony and balance. It is listed as healing (healing for the mind) but sometimes solar energy is more usefull or to be combined.

nowadays I have seen many people who go through a simple sad period and declare that they are depressed. So the standpoint is that your condition is geniune and not just an assumption. it is also important not to identify with the condition and say "my depression" like you did, This is destructive in several ways.
This is destructive in several ways.

You wrote that you don't feel any significant changes in your life as a result of cleansing and working on the chakras for a year and you ask how it should feel. Have you worked on them consistently every day? Many times I have noticed the importance of cleansing after working with runes. For example, you may do a spell to make wealth through a hobby that you love, and during the work, bad karma may surface and you may discover an underlying sense of weakness that may be related to your field and its source in the dirt found on the soul. We may also encounter blockages in our chakras after years as a result of curses, illnesses, repressing emotions, friendships with malefic people, all of which bind us and this is bad karma. The right way is: identify the blockage -> address it -> keep cleansing the soul and then build good energy. Some people whose problem is focusing only on the spiritual aspect, they try to cleanse, and pump as much energy into themselves as possible, without understanding the source of the problems and without thinking about their traumas. None of this worked for them. Only by returning to the problem for a moment, even if it hurts, and rethinking it from a new perspective, this time with spiritual capacity, we can be freed.

Uruz over Wunjo for healing?

I would use Uruz when more yang energy is needed, but use Wunjo when the situation is more clearly an imbalance, like hyperactivity, or exists when overall health is ok.

Uruz = Forceful, formative vital energy
Wunjo = harmony, joy, breaking down of negative barriers, unity

Fire energy is the source of vitality, but this energy needs to be distributed appropriately across the body, which Wunjo would help correct. Usually adding more energy will solve a problem, but sometimes you need balance.

If I looked at someone's natal chart and saw a weak Sun and/or Mars, I would say to use Uruz or Sowilo, but if the problem was like a planet in the 6th house, I would lean more towards Wunjo. This is just my best guess based on the properties of these runes.

Speaking very generally, depression is due to a lack of fire. While the exercises you do do help your soul in various ways, including building up some fire, you will want to address this more directly, such as through a working. Also, look at your natal chart to see which planets or fire-associated houses are most troubled.

The Sun/5th house: Sense of fulfillment, self-esteem, ability to create value, motivation to achieve
Mars/1st house: drive, aggression, "Primal" energy, heat, lust and sexual arousal
Jupiter/9th house: expansion, optimism, inspiration, exploration

Since you are saying you feel unable, the closest energy appears to be Solar. You can use the Sowilo rune, Surya mantra, Sun Square, etc. Wunjo also relates here, as it pertains to the reward earned, as well as psycho-social health and harmony.

All stress in our life eats away at our fire energy, "sapping it" either physically or mentally. More fire helps us feel and actually be more driven, confident, optimistic, healthy, and so on. In a high-fire situation, you perceive obstacles as less large than otherwise, and that is why one technique people do to boost productive motivation involves breaking tasks into smaller pieces.

What levels are there, and what should I expect? I just don't understand what level I'm at, how much more I have to achieve, and what I'm actually achieving. It's just demotivating.
Get all this out of your mind, it's much better. Do meditation as a fun daily activity that you enjoy like other hobbies. Meditation is right brained and working yo achieve something is left-brained, so it disrupts the purpose of meditation. And it's just limited thinking.

In all inner plane things, working to get something implies that you don't have it already, and therefore pushes it away. Only if you visualize having it and you accept it as your own do you make it yours.

These things take time. Some processes take years to make noticeable, manifested results. I just finished doing Advanced Purification Mantras from the Hall of Osiris, and the results (that take some time to fully manifest) are showing, even at this stag,e multiple years of cleaning progress compressed in a very short period of time. I highly recommend joining the Hall of Osiris platform, donating, and acquiring this material from Tier 2. It will change your life. Anyway. Keep doing what you are doing, and focus exclusively on cleaning and empowering your chakras. You need to apply Withces Esbat cleaning cycles to accelerate this process. Take care.

Everyone has their own time. I spent four years meditating to heal my depression; two of those four years were the worst of my life, but today I can say that I don't have depression anymore. Sometimes you'll hit rock bottom, thinking there's no way out and that you'll stay there, but then you'll see that you can actually get out, you just have to keep going.
Not every day is going to be the best, I'm sure even the highest-ranking people here have bad days, because it's normal, human, and what should happen. Imagine if everyone had good days all the time? I understand your situation and hope it gets better soon. I'm not being hypocritical because when I have bad moments I want to bury myself in a hole, but the sun rises again and another chance begins.

Look, all types of meditation take time. It’s not like a marathon; it’s more about your own nature, your internal resistance to change, and the specific meditation style you’re vibeing with. You’ve got a lot to look at, but I’m leaving you some links that can help you figure out the progress you’re actually making.

These resources pack both theory and practice to help you nail down a few things, get to know yourself better, and track your growth. Sometimes we just need something physical to prove to ourselves that we’re actually getting somewhere. I’d really suggest basing your practice on physical meditations. We all need that level—some more than others—but it’s an awesome metric to see your progress actually materialize.

By cleansing your aura and chakras, you'll make it possible for your chakras to open up. They'll became a gate to the divine, both in terms of consciousness and power.

What I can advise to you is to clean yourself every day, do at least empowerment on one chakra a day, and implement deep purification cycles where you don't empower but put all in on purification. Do AoP and cleaning regardless of anything, every day.

But besides this, what many people miss are deeper meditations, and awareness meditations. These will advance your mind spirituality by a great margin. Self hypnosis are also very important for the mind.

From HoO I made the greatest advancement, and we can say transformation on this area with the Opening of the Mind Hypnosis. This, and consistency / time is the solution to your problem.

We can say there is an advancement in terms of the mind, and advancement in terms of power. Both are very important but you definitely have to concentrate on the mind part now, and proper execution of the meditations (put the effort and time into them).

What you CAN do greatly depends on the mind part, power is mainly for manifestation. Like if you think about big ethereal spiritual abilities aka siddhis, these basically depend on your mind, but also on an open soul. https://templeofzeus.org/Siddhis.php
