Why am I not seeing results from the Power Meditation, and what are they supposed to be? What results are supposed to come from cleansing my aura and chakras? I've been doing it for almost a year, but my depression isn't going away. I'm not seeing any results from doing Power Meditations on my seven chakras, 40 times each. My life isn't changing for the better, and I haven't experienced any insights that would allow me to change my life for the better. I'm not saying there's any progress at all, but it's probably not what I expect, but what should I expect? What levels are there, and what should I expect? I just don't understand what level I'm at, how much more I have to achieve, and what I'm actually achieving. It's just demotivating. I mean, it's like in a computer game: let's say there are 100 levels. You meditate for a month, and within a month you've reached level 3. You know it, and you know what's unlocked and what's available to you there.

I love an example that High Priest Hooded Cobra gave at some point that when you plant a seed, you keep watering it and you don't see anything on the surface for a long period of time, but underneath, the roots are being made and you just wake up that your seed has sprouted, but if you quit watering too early, you might not see it sprout at all. It is the same with meditation. A lot of people start seeing huge noticeable results after 2 years of consistent meditation, and sudden, huge changes in their life. So I would say you're just on time.

I understand there could be a lot of frustration if you're not seeing the results you expected, that's why it's best to not have any expectations, because we all came to this at different past life levels and some advance quicker and some advance a little slower and that is completely normal, but is highly unpredictable. So learn to enjoy the path itself.

You said "how much more I have to achieve", "What levels are there" and truth is, this is not something linear and you should expect to do this for the whole eternity and never get to an ending point, because there is none. No matter how powerful you become, there's always room for more and for better, and even after the Magnum Opus, you keep advancing. And that should be liberating because it lifts a huge weight of your shoulders once you realize it.

Keep in mind that you've been meditating for less than a year, and you did see results, even if you expected better. That means you're doing something right and you should keep going.

Get all this out of your mind, it's much better. Do meditation as a fun daily activity that you enjoy like other hobbies. Meditation is right brained and working yo achieve something is left-brained, so it disrupts the purpose of meditation. And it's just limited thinking.

In all inner plane things, working to get something implies that you don't have it already, and therefore pushes it away. Only if you visualize having it and you accept it as your own do you make it yours.

These things take time. Some processes take years to make noticeable, manifested results. I just finished doing Advanced Purification Mantras from the Hall of Osiris, and the results (that take some time to fully manifest) are showing, even at this stag,e multiple years of cleaning progress compressed in a very short period of time. I highly recommend joining the Hall of Osiris platform, donating, and acquiring this material from Tier 2. It will change your life. Anyway. Keep doing what you are doing, and focus exclusively on cleaning and empowering your chakras. You need to apply Withces Esbat cleaning cycles to accelerate this process. Take care.

Everyone has their own time. I spent four years meditating to heal my depression; two of those four years were the worst of my life, but today I can say that I don't have depression anymore. Sometimes you'll hit rock bottom, thinking there's no way out and that you'll stay there, but then you'll see that you can actually get out, you just have to keep going.
Not every day is going to be the best, I'm sure even the highest-ranking people here have bad days, because it's normal, human, and what should happen. Imagine if everyone had good days all the time? I understand your situation and hope it gets better soon. I'm not being hypocritical because when I have bad moments I want to bury myself in a hole, but the sun rises again and another chance begins.

Look, all types of meditation take time. It’s not like a marathon; it’s more about your own nature, your internal resistance to change, and the specific meditation style you’re vibeing with. You’ve got a lot to look at, but I’m leaving you some links that can help you figure out the progress you’re actually making.

These resources pack both theory and practice to help you nail down a few things, get to know yourself better, and track your growth. Sometimes we just need something physical to prove to ourselves that we’re actually getting somewhere. I’d really suggest basing your practice on physical meditations. We all need that level—some more than others—but it’s an awesome metric to see your progress actually materialize.
