In his polemic against xians, Emperor Julian praises Yahweh and the Yehuborim. Why would he do this?

Did he actually say this? He does criticise the Yehuborim religion and xianity but ultimately holds respect for Yahweh and the practices of the Yehuborim, which is odd as even the OT clearly says Yahweh wants to kill and enslave all Gentiles.

Even if Emperor Julian didn’t have access to other Yehuborim works and deeper Yehuborim teachings (unlikely given his political position and spiritual advancement), he should know how bad judaism is as he did study the bible deeply in his younger years. Him praising judaism and its “god” is very bizzare to me.

The name of "Yahweh" was stolen and corrupted from the Ancient Greek Vowels of IAOE, A Most Sacred Name of God Zeus. Here, Imperator Julian means he praises the God Zeus, not really "the god of the Yehuborim", and he is correct in saying that this Great God has nothing to do with Yehuborim and their Christian creation.

You have to remember that the Yehuborim deceived many people by taking many Divine symbols and terms out of context and perverting the original meanings. Even the word "Yehubor" comes from "IU," like in "IU-PATER," or "Jupiter." They tried to steal and hijack many divine things, including the Sacred Name of God, among many other things, and distort and corrupt them for their own perverse goals.

Emperor Julian doesn’t really use the word Yahweh in this polemic, so it’s not the name itself I’m talking about.

When I say he reveres Yahweh, I mean the god of the Yehuborim and the Yehuborim people themselves, who he also praises in this polemic against the christians. That’s quite clear in the polemic. This is despite his criticism of the bible itself and the Yehuborim god.

He calls the Yehuborim patriarchs masters in theurgy.

When he says “you” he meant xians and xians only, as in the quote I cited and in the polemic, he was praising the Yehuborim for some reason and said their patriarchs were from a sacred lineage, the chaldeans (sumerians).

This would make more sense when one has read the whole “Against the Gallileans” work.

I've read that Soviet Union had secret psychic units, although I doubt they were connected to the Gods. The US has them too, and I'm sure Russia and China do as well. How they relate to TOZ, the Gods, the Yehuborim and the enemy is what I'm not sure about. Mossad most probably has them too but I doubt they're as powerful as the rabbis, they're likely trained by rabbis tbh.

Either way what humans without raised serpents or operating chakras can do is very limited. If the Gentile nations have psychic units that are worth anything then they would have raised their serpents and inveitably would come to our side. If not then I don't think they can do much besides remote viewing or having to compensate with technology. The CIA has tech apparently that can put voices (or even images?) inside people's heads which simulate Divine communication. I've also heard that they hire witches for various secret purposes. this is actually an interesting emperor, for example did you know he wrote a letter stating that he wished to promise the restoration of a temple for the Yehuborim?

he viewed the different religions as hellenism as the best, judaism as the second best, and finally christianity as the least or inferior to judaism. as it was an offspring of judaism which has fallen short of following the law and purification that judaism applies to it's followers.

from the letter you quoted from "against the galilaeans" we see that the approach Julian had was a view shared by Plato, a common creator which created lower order immortal beings which in turn ministered to day to day events in life. an expert from your letter you quoted is here:

Fraud is always possible

The Christians have often tried very hard to alter texts to make the writer seem supportive of their cult. They couldn't write into his manuscripts that he liked them because he persecuted them but they could write in that he liked Yahweh and that the Old Testament patriarchs were great and then they could use that to say that Julian just didn't know we the Christians were the true Yehuborim all along

Another thing is that he might have just been playing politics, call the Yehuborim evil and it might encourage them to team up with the Christians

That is definitely possible, and it would not be the first nor the last time they did it. There is also a supposed quote of him "admitting" that the Galilean won. The majority of stories surrounding the saintly figures are fables and exaggerations.
