Base: Yoga, Repressed Anger

For those who can't do the straddle bend, sitting on a yoga block should help you until your hips are open enough to do the asana without support.

The reason I did the ones with asanas is that it would be easy to use on mobile devices so that is why I left the informative posts about yoga out.

Feel free to make pdfs of them if you want to.

The OP post is currently a bit chaotic as it will not allow me to upload all the images, but the PDF, created in the JoS Project Platform, is much tidier. It will be linked here as soon as possible, and will be available in Satan's Library.

Any translators are free to contact me in the meantime and I will send you the PDF so you can have the images to put in the translated copy :)

Such a dense yet empowering guide. I cannot overstate my gratitude as I'm finding that balancing and empowering the base chakra and therein by extension its energies crucial if one embarks on opening and strengthening upper chakras. I learned here that meditation is a form of yoga which is fascinating to me as physical yoga both enlightens and expands on my understanding of breath and meditation in some ways as I appear to feel some parallels.

I'll try these asanas and I will most surely find great benefit. Although I am practically never outwardly angry, I do as an empath tend to internalize anger and nihilism unconsciously. Things such as thoughts on how many corrupt living human spirits live in our world most especially. I thus feel that I should keep a health bulwark against higher vibrational energies as lower ones indeed for me seem to house more primal, survival based and negative energies. I suspect that everyone has a unique was of experiencing and exhibiting frustration as for me I typically don't realize when it happens. I simply become extra fastidious and fussy (OCD-esque) while feeling akin to a black-pilled pessimist that upholds optimistic views and values. For others' experience it appears far more apparant when they harbour excess anger.

Anyway, my apologies for a wordy reply. I thank this temple, its clergy, and all its members for its work helping to empower and advance all on the path. Blessings to you all. 💗
 
I should add that I somehow retain memory of others' negative emotions, even if it is but a minute fraction of their experience/energy. It is strange to me that such minute moments can carry such a weight to them. I am quite social. Mayhaps too social at times. :-/
Carrying hematite crystal in your pocket or as a piece of jewelry (if you are male, it looks very masculine, dark grey-black) will deflect negative energy from other people. I have a piece in my purse or pocket when I go out, I've been doing that for many years and it does help. You can program it with Thurisaz rune for this purpose too.

Thank you Lydia, I will poke around some of those new-age types of stores and should find some there. I should also be on top of cleaning and AoP as missing days is no good. I will try closing chakras before going out too. I should ask, do I need to open them again to do meditations. Thank you Lydia!

After closing your chakras, it is good to reopen them and spin them as part of your meditation practice.
