Do Planets continuously send energy to our souls through our chakras?

So for example, does Saturn send its energies to the root chakra all the time at a passive rate and this influences the chakra according to how the sign and houses Saturn is in in someone’s natal chart? And then so on with the other planets and their respective chakras/soul parts.

I know this could be more complicated so if Saturn has aspects with other planets it will also send energy to their corresponding chakras/soul parts.

Is this how we’re influenced by Astrological forces?

Yes, that's right. Approximately 4.5 B years ago when the Sun changed from proto to nuclear, the planets of the solar system formed into their own respective orbits according to there atomic composition and mass. This is why the planets are where they are now.
All celestial bodies are governed by Newton's 3 laws of motion and the 3 atomic forces.
As I stated in another post, the chakras all have their specific frequency ranging from low to high, from the base to the crown, according to their metal characteristics and their density. We indeed have a direct cosmological relationship with our planets. Father Zeus definitely knew what He was doing when He created us (I probably should've posted this to Acolyte of Pan).
