Sweating & Energy Work

Does anyone else notice this? When I am doing any prolonged energy work, like several minutes or more, I start to seriously sweat. Even from my chest and back. I imagine toxins are being excreted from my body, which is great. I also notice this when raising my energies before ritual. Does any one else have this experience also?

Yes, this is normal and more common than you might think.

I experience this all the time too. Especially when I visualize my aura filled with powerful solar energy, in a deep trance. Sometimes it becomes unbearable. In my opinion it is a reaction that can arise from working with fire energy - in my case it is sharpened by visualizing and applying solar energy -.
However, I'm curious about other answers too.

Used to happen to me all the time, it starts stopping when your body get used to higher energy loads...until you start feeling the real heavy energy...then it gets used to that level and so on so fourth.

It never really goes away and its a sign of advancing, just dont push too hard when feeling like this and you will be fine.
