For discipline you can use the Nauthiz rune for at least 10 vibrations with the waxing Moon in Capricorn or Taurus

Regular cleaning and protection (as well as progressing in these over time) will improve just about everything.
Freeing the soul and returning curses can help if it's from some external negative influence.
Do the FRTR for 9 days if you haven't already (at a time when you're prepared and there aren't Yehuborim holidays going on) and it will also free the soul from curses.
Same with the Serpent RTRs, for 3 days each.

If the case calls for it, a Sun square can be done for discipline with the right affirmation, and Nauthiz can be used in a Runic working. But these are "surgical" works and not to be taken lightly, and lack of discipline can be a much more easily defeated issue.
