Meditations #42 Negative train of thought

This question is related to meditation.
At certain times, I non-stop "fantasize" about negative things happening to me, I don't like it because it just makes me feel very down after that.How do I stop this?
First you have to figure out where it's coming from, so that you can solve the problem at the source.

If you just picture bad things happening because of anxiety then you know it's a nervousness issue and you need to look for self soothing strategies, or develop confidence so that you feel like you can handle yourself if something bad happens.

If you truly fantasize about bad things happening to you then this is likely from issues of self worth or self hate, and you need to find ways to increase your sense of self worth and to accept and forgive yourself.

Once you figure out the source of the issue then you can decide on a strategy and design spells to solve it.
 
Bad thoughts are at least partially caused by spiritual dross, so by daily cleaning and protection meditations over the years you will make great strides resolving this issue.
