To keep it short, its been some time since my dedication and i cant figure out what im doing wrong. I feel the enemies non stop inserting grey energy inside my head or crown chakra . I clean my aura, do aura of protection but this only lasts 20 minutes until they start cursing me again. same if i clean the chakras, in 15 minutes they are dirty again. maybe i have holes inside my aura?? i dont know,im desperate. when they curse me i just procrastinate all day long and lose my mental clarity. it makes me angry and i change my personality. what do i have to do?can someone please just make me understand. thank you very much.

Thank you for your responses. I think i figured it out. In order to meditate you have to raise energies/ do foundatiton mediation. And in order to do that, you first need to do yoga ( a few movements for each chakra) and also meditate on the clarvoyance centers !!!! Maybe the gods helped me with this one. If i try to vibrate, it doesnt work, i vibrate for nothing. If i do yoga i can feel a buzz of energy but still, i vibrate and it doesnt work!! But if i free,clean,empower the eyes/clarvoyance after raising some energy from yoga, and ONLY THEN i do the foundation, then vibration works. Its like energy enters the soul through the third eye. And only then if i clean aura, charkas if finally works. I think all new members should know this. Good luck!!

It does work. What happens is that the sensitivity is heightened after proper preparation, of which I must congratulate you for discovering, and then you feel it. Feeling or no feeling, vibrations are effective.

You must do void meditation if you have problems with putting gray energy in your body. If you have holes in aura, do Energy Meditation, and when you will feel you aura, you will also feel holes, and than you must breath in energy and direct it in your hole. Do this few times, and you will feel your holes are fixed. Do ritual for Valefor, he can heal you.
