Actually, in Roman times, most Roman natives didn't have tan skin. Now most Italians have tan skin. So it's highly unlikely the first emperors looked like the typical Italian.

First of all, Italy after the Roman Empire has been dominated by many population depending on the area. The subraces you chose didn't even exist when the Roman Empire was born but came into being later. In Italy people used to be fair-skinned to medium-skinned, not light brown (tan).in those times.
