Yogic Complete Breath

AvatarGladius1 min to read

Hello family,

Do you also experience these things while doing yogic complete breath:

-Shoulders rising while inhaling.

-Leaning forward while contracting your abdominal muscles.

-Feeling like all the air in your lungs sunk into your diaphram when you finished inhaling and started to hold your breath.

-A little grunting when you first start to exhale.

This is the targeted message.

I feel no negative or strange things. I do as its suggested. If you feel any discomfort or feel it negatively affects you you can/should just leave it and stop practicing.

When I do the complete Yogic Breath, I typically feel more relaxed and full of energy; I do not have the sensations you describe except for the shoulders rising a little on the inhale. The other sensations make me wonder whether you might be straining your body or forcing the breath a little too much.

Whenever we practice breathing exercises, it's important not to strain the body or force the breath beyond what feels comfortable. The breath should be gentle and controlled, not forced. If you find yourself leaning forward, grunting, or feeling excessive pressure while breathing, it may be worth easing off and allowing the breath to flow more naturally.

We should always listen to our bodies and practice gently, without forcing anything.
