This is the best for Kundalini Yoga so far, as well as Pranayama, Bandhas, Mudras. And they have a lot of Kundalini Yoga for Healing.

But do not do any mantras from anywhere unless you know they are approved by clergy in the ToZ and unless if you've seen the mantra before here, for example "SATANAMA", "SAT NAM", and others. Because some yoga practices out there use different mantras, and you want them to be safe for you. Don't blindly practice everything on the internet.

Yes, that goes without saying. ToZ is the ultimate authority with spiritual knowledge, as we can all attest to with the results of our meditations.
This is just straight forward yoga, no bells or whistles. I love my family here and just sharing, nothing more.
