All yoga is of satan but some yoga is not as effective of others i did yoga for a year with a yoga teacher that called herself bird I watched and did her videos on YouTube for about a year. However the Hatha yoga on this site is the worlds most powerful yoga there is compared to what other yogist teach same for the meditations on this site these are some of the worlds most powerful meditations especially the kundalini meditation and twin serpent
Void meditation is what some other apps have acourse every one heard of stilling the mind but this site unlike others has advanced void unlike others wich it actually helps to bring stillness to the mind if you practice advanced void daily that's if you sort of struggle to be in the here and now but the cool thing stilling the mind it also dose not strengthen the spirit of the mind it also empowers the chakras
