Hi Brothers and Sisters !
I would like to know if doing yoga just after a session of fitness is ok. Well it is not the same energy, then I wonder, for example : fitness, shower, yoga, meditation, what do you think or better to do the opposite, and start by the yoga to warm well the body ?
How many hours we have to wait between the hatha yoga, the kundalini yoga and others exercices like the 10 breaths of tibetan ?
