Yin Yang Balancing Breath

Part 1

The Gods have brought me to the understanding of a breathing exercise which can act to balance the Yin and Yang of the whole body and thus alleviate most health complaints over time, amongst other benefits which are better experienced than explained. The breath has a few parts and each part is best practiced in isolation for a while before adding the second part.

This breath builds upon consistent flow in the sushumna, which was written about in another post some years ago entitled ANGER: Motivator of the free flow of Qi.

One should have sufficient experience with the cobra breath before being able to manage the full exercise and be comfortable with the feeling of sexual energy rising up the spine at will. Doing the isolated parts of the breath without this might be OK but doing the entire breath may give headaches and all sorts of other problems - basically I don't know what negative effects there might be but it's likely the exercise will produce little or no result at best without meeting these pre-requisites.

You should also have been circulating the ball of light up the back Chakra extensions and down the front as described in the Magnum Opus steps on the Joy of Satan website with easy transitions between Chakras and no major pain or blockages along the path. Clear the blockages before you proceed or you will likely just intensify the negative effects of those blockages.

The first step is learning to lift sexual energy up the spine on the inhale - this is made easier by pulling mul bhand as you inhale. You should feel the energy hit your crown and pass through it easily. If your crown is not open, this will just give you a massive headache. The second part of the first step involves learning reverse breathing and this should be done (for now) separate to the raising of sexual energy to the crowns. Reverse breathing involves consciously breathing out quite forcefully and allowing the inhale to occur naturally much like one does when performing the breath of fire, except that in this case it is done much slower. Contract your abdomen and solar plexus and constrict the lungs, then relax and allow the inhale to occur without any conscious effort on your behalf.

This reverse breathing is essential to the entire exercise and not doing it correctly will not enable the full exercise to have the same balancing effect, in fact it will throw Yin and Yang further out of balance.

Take some time to practice and ensure you have these steps correct and some of you may even intuit the second and third parts of the breath or have it revealed to you by Demons you are working with.

Part 2

If you have developed an understanding of the steps outlined in Part 1, then the next step is to practice raising sexual energy up the spine from the base Chakra to the crown, and allowing that to then "drop" down the path which the normal Magnum Opus circulation takes, from the crown into the sixth chakra, then the third eye and down the front extensions and into the sacral Chakra.

This  should occur in one exhalation.

So, to recap, bring sexual energy up the spine to the crown in one inhalation, and drop it back down the sacral Chakra via the front extensions in one breath. This can be done as many times as you wish.

Try not to force the energy, allow it to flow freely and naturally.

Part 3
This is the complete breath, which is made up of the previously posted parts.

The first part of the breath is the forced exhalation and drawing in of the solar plexus region with the tongue lifted to touch the roof of the mouth as in the cobra breath - energy should be felt entering the sacral chakra,

followed by applying mul bhand and allowing a passive inhalation - the energy is then guided up to the crown and the forced exhalation thereafter should bring that energy down the course of the circulating energy mediation, through the sixth chakra, third eye and down the front extensions of all of the chakras into the sacral chakra.

This breath should be done relaxed, with no great pressure put on oneself to feel this or that and hence why it is probably best suited to experienced meditators with few or no major chakra blockages however that does not mean that you could not benefit from it at a less advanced stage, but I cannot account for any side effects that it may have.

I find that doing this breath 108 times only takes 2 or 3 minutes and raises a lot of energy very quickly but the course that energy takes does wonders for bringing about balance, both in health and spiritual progress. Stagnant energy will move again and body fluids will distribute more evenly with any length of practice of this technique and the benefits for mediation are easily and immediately felt.
