Hey, I've been working on my intellect. Using Mannaz every night since the last full moon and I gotta say its fucking awesome. There are some drawbacks though. after a week I realized the sheeple of the society I live in forget almost everything after a week, Which is frustrating. I LOVE my intellect, even before the meditations, so being capable to calculate and evaluate faster and more precise is exactly what I want. I found that being in this state of mind I can analyze what people say as they're saying it. Its a trip. This ability has the perk of finding inconsistencies in someone's arguments at top speed as well as thinking clearly about my reply before I speak it.Which brings me to my point: intellect is 3 parts.
1: Inspiration, which is ruled by the 7th chakra.
2: Calculation, ruled by the 6th chakra.
And 3: Expression, by which I mean verbal expression, is ruled by the 5th chakra.
This, in my opinion, is what makes someone intelligent.
That being said, when I use the Mannaz rune I vibrate it in the 7th, 6th, 5th chakras AS WELL AS the brain itself. Why the brain? Because you use not just the left side of the brain to calculate and remember, there are a plethora of CT scans to prove this.
Not to be condescending, but some of us in the JOS family need this, including me. So I put together a meditation. I'm not an HP, nor an expert in this field, so if there is a discrepancy let it be known to the family.
I suggest getting yourself used to these runes before the moon is exalted. Visualization is KEY here, I personally visualize the vibration of my voice resonating in the target chakra/organ all around, swirl it like a blender, condense it like a hot sun and watch that motherfucker shine.
Mantra: "The power of ______ rune permanently increases my intellect and memory." is the one i use.1: Sit down in a comfortable place. use your focus technique of choice (flame meditation, breath in earth energy, etc).2: Use your chakra empowerment technique of choice or Sowilo #16, vibrate it into your 7th, 6th, and 5th chakras. if you are using Sowilo, vibrate it 108 times for each chakra.3: Now vibrate Mannaz #20 X 108 for each part, first in the brain. go through each section of the brain as it is vibrated, the cerebral cortex, the split between the 2 hemispheres (apparently that's where memory is stored in the brain), all over. then the crown chakra, 6th, and throat chakra.4: Breath yellow energy into your brain and aura. repeat the mantra for your aura. "My aura continuously increases my intellect and memory." is the one i use.5. Breath yellow energy into your soul as a whole. repeat the mantra for your soul, "My soul continuously increases my intellect and memory." is the one i use. (you get the idea).
For someone who has never used the Mannaz rune before, I suggest testing it out before the moon is exalted and is full.
The BEST time to start a full blown working is when the moon is in Taurus which is on April 18th, but if you want to try it out before then it is best on a Monday during the hour of the moon or during a full moon as long as it is not void.Hail Satan!
