Why does my forehead tingle?

Ok so I was meditating like someone had recently posted on my question about my depresstion. I was practicing the aura cleaning and the main foundation meditate. http://www.angelfire.com/empire/serpent ... ation.html
And after I was done, I layed down to go to sleep and the center of my forehead was tingling like there was a very small bug on my forehead moving it's feet (you know how if you have a bug walking across you, your skin tingles under it where it's walked) but it was staying right in the spot where my third eye is suposed to be. This is very odd to me, since I have not yet opened or attempted to open my third eye. Whenever I would put my hand on that spot, there would be nothing there and the tingling wouldnt stop for some ten minutes. This only happends after I practice the foundation meditate. What is it? (two days ago I didnt clean my aura and I only did that one but it still happened)
