Greetings
During breathing exercises and meditation, I feel a relatively strong tension on my forehead and between my eyebrows, to the point that it prevents me from focusing and staying still, and I must place my hand on my forehead. What should I do? Is there a reason for this, and is it related to the third eye, or is it just a tension in the muscles of that area?

Forehead pain
Pain and pressure combined are symptoms of a blocked chakra.
This means you need to work on your third eye and sixth chakra because they're awakened but haven't yet perfected the other stages

If it is too uncomfortable or hurting, then don't overdo it. Take your time and do it a bit more slowly and gently. You might try looking gently at your Third Eye Chakra, but don't strain your eyes, and focus on it and fill it with brilliant white-gold light, like the Sun, becoming brighter and brighter, as said in the meditations section. You could imagine a mini-sun in and filling-up your Third Eye Chakra.
Strong, uncomfortable pressure/pain should be worked on carefully and gently. Breathing exercises should be done gently anyway. Remember it says more here is not better. If it is too uncomfortable or it hurts, that might put you off for a while, and then return to it later which might mean it would need to be restarted from the beginning, so similar to 'less is more' it should be done more gently and consistently rather than doing too much and then stopping then starting all over again.

That's right, thank you so much

I understand
Thank you very much for the explanation.
