White-gold shiny dots

I sat down on sofa leaned forward my head a little down to read the newspaper that was on table. As I coughed, I saw White or white gold shiny dots. I've seen them before too. Few times. It lasted almost 10 seconds or a little more. 
What exactly causes this for person to see this and what is it exactly? Is it energy? Then what energy is it?

Thats exactly what it is, energy. How you described it is actually how it looks like. At least based off the website is how they described it. I wouldn't know since I can't see energy yet. Since you coughed you probably accidentally exhaled the energy within you.

Prior to that, I had inhaled energy to stimulate pineal gland many days ago. When you cough it puts pressures also on the center of the brain..
And also, Long ago I was stretching the spine while standing moving backward and forward touching my feet and I immediately saw those golden shiny dots floating around.
Interestingly, I didn't see them everywhere but only wherever I looked at. It was in front of my sight not everywhere. So it could be something internal than some outside energy.. I might be wrong lol. Or it could my own Aura energy. ?
Just curious to know what energy is that. What kind... Many of you must have had this similar experience I'm sure.

That stretching the spine exercise also put pressure on the center of the brain. Leaning forward touching the feet and bending backward.. Puts pressure on brain too.
