It really seems we have been given a line of bs on healthy diet from the mainstream for awhile. After they switched animal fats with Hydrogenated vegetable oils and such. Heart problems went throught the roof as well. It was stated in the 1950's and before people where put on diets of no grain, no dairy or alcohol, no refined sugar. And lots of green leafy vegetables/vegetables in general, meats, eggs, clean water and exercise. Because it works.

From the 60's and on all of a sudden we are being told the opposite for our diets. And health problems increased. Along with the increasing of the garabage quality of the mainstream food supply.

Things are also getting pushed like veganism. Which is unhealthy in the long run.

The Vegetarian Myth

The vegetarian ideals being pushed as spiritual in Hinduism. only appears around 400 ACE in the East. Its only been around for 1600 years. And this when the enemy doctrines have taken their toll.

Vegetarianism is not part of the original religion. Infact the earliest Aryuveda texts mention meat as the ideal food for humans.

The reason vegetarians in the West are found to be healthy [most have only been on it for a few years] is because they are already health conscious, exercise, eat organic and don't party hard. Hindu's in the West who are vegetarian where found to have all the same health problems of non vegetarians. They where eating the SAD diet minus the meat.

Thank you HP Don... this is very informative!

I already knew the general idea about the false veganism stuff... but the whole grain was new to me... and it shocked me a little bit.

So many people eat it, and don't even know the differences! I'll try to eliminate it from my diet from now on.

Thanx again.

Hail Satan

<td val[/IMG]I want to add that it's incorrect for people to use Hitler to help their case for vegetarianism. What people don't say is that his doctor advised him later in life to eat sardines for the oil, which he did.
