So i have been doing the full king and queen meditation along with 108 THOTH and other basic meditations everyday for like a 3 weeks...
I feel my sixth chakra is very open and my astral senses are opening.... But what do i do next? And i am afraid that if i change my current schedule my sixth chakra could close again..So how do i know it is permanently open?
Should i go for the serpent ascension? (My other chakras are like first stage open where you just feel a pressure when you concentrate)
