What is going on...?

I wrote a few posts in this group yet. Once I got two answers and it is all.. I wrote about Chiron and Black Moon(in astrology)- no answer, about cursing jesus(curse from JoS)- no answer, last time I wrote:
Hi,
For over a year I practice a spiritual growth. My prime point of my program was breath exercises(also meditations of energy and void) from the begining (about 1-1,5 h/d) and I was doing Sun Salutation twice a day (6 times in once) as whole Hatha Yoga.. Now I have much more time so I started to doing Hatha Yoga in full series.  And during the triangle and the slope side my arms and mostly hands are like connected to high voltage....!! This is very unberable..(but I don't give up..). 
If neglect Hatha Yoga is reason of it..? Whether it will pass over with time? Should I do something else to handle with it?
I will very thankful for evry help.
