A moor usually refers to a north african inhabitant of arab and mixed berber descent. They are traditionally muslim. I have not come across Moors defending the truth of Satan at all. They are pretty much followers of Islam.
Also, I have heard the term in reference to the NOI (Nation of Islam following) Which was created by a jew and that following further works to put the races against each other. Hail Satan!

The word Moor (Mouro) means brown in Portuguese and reffer to the barbaric moslens who enslaved European peoples and dictated over Western Europe for a longer period than any other race has been enslaved. The Jews opened their gates in Europe for such, but thankfuly they were expelled by heroic Europeans who still had some of their warrior Pagan instincts intact.
