What, exactly, are faith and belief?

The enemy has used "blind faith" to manipulate us for a long time..recently, not sure what I did to trigger it, but..I kinda started "believing" in my aura. It's there, it's doing work, and while I can improve it and clean it, it doesn't feel..like it's "just there"...

It's kinda shocking. But it reminds me of that work, "belief".."faith"..in my aura.

But what are faith and belief? What happened with my aura? I feel its programs working..and I'm in for one fun ride (lots of good, all at once, it seems)..

Such an open question! The answers could be provided pedantically, or symbolically/metaphorically, or colloquially.

"Belief" is a decision made in one's mind to accept something, at least partly through at least some alleged facts and personal experiences, whether genuine or imaginary/illusionary (e.g. christianity being imaginary, as opposed to actual). Similarly, children growing up in any environment believe things, and the more these things are reiterated, the more they turn into a faith about such things. Beliefs can be changed (i.e. it is not solid or stable) due to new facts; "facts"; statistics; experiences; etc.

"Faith" is like 'more' than a belief. It's more a deep personal conviction which is unwavering and is solid and stable, including in spite of new, contrary, actual facts which might prove that "faith" is false; without new evidence, etc., the faith can remain strong, either truly and correctly or misguided. "Faith" is also a strong convincing, both in whatever, but also in oneself, which would also take a lot of energy and work to crack/break - ref: arguing with christians.

I think "belief" and "faith" are necessary for us not-yet-Gods/Goddesses; they are beyond unnecessary for Daemons/Daemonesses. We need them, until we reach a threshold, or a 'checkpoint', a milestone.

thank you for the answer! that..seems..to be it. it's still tricky for me to try to express my spiritual thoughts into words, but, what you're saying..makes sense.

all of my energy working seems to be in either the belief or faith category now, not just thought..i'm not thinking I'm moving energy, I feel it on that belief level, even faith level, as you describe it..

it's so amazing now..when i first dedicated, i knew great things could happen, but..didn't know it'd feel this great. i feel more like i could do anything with my energy..and now, i shall work on healing an old wound. because i believe i am healing it..
