What does net neutrality "Really" mean?

I'm thinking there's been a HUGE uproar recently, but, in terms of our "freedoms" and whatnot..what does it mean? Does it just mean they're going to charge even more, whatever they want, no matter how fast the internet is?The entire thing feels..manipulated..so I'm curious what it REALLY means.(not really Satanic, although the internet is a HUGE threat to the enemy)

That's another reason to continue our organized working, it's contributing to getting rid of the problem..needs more power. definitely more power. I'd like to see them gone, soon.
