Franz Bardon on the other hand was on the side of the enemy, but his writings are very usefu in Spiritual Satanisml as they are neutral and have no Yehuborim teachings and symbols in them and help in your psychic training and opening yourself to the astral. That's why many here recommend Bardon's writings but not Crowley's.

I don't find the words of any outside esotericist worth reading, they are mostly deranged kabbalists and drug users. The most value I've gotten from reading any esotericism is the ToZ and its sermons. Nothing else has been worthwhile.

Since you've read enough about crowley to know how strange and nutty he was, you should ask yourself if he is someone you want to be like. Because doing or listening to what he says is how you do that.

The Thoth tarot deck has nothing to do with our God Thoth, it is a hebrew deck. Best to avoid it and get one that is based on the RWS deck, there are a lot of decks that don't have enemy symbols, and are of many different styles and personal tastes

It's garbage and unrelated to our God Thoth. Aliester Crowley was connecting to the enemy entities and was steeped in false information, harmful practices and his own drug fueled and mental problems. Throw the deck away when you can afford to get a better tarot deck.

Aleister Crowley achieved some level of divination, but his channeling and tying into enemy entities gradually destroyed him and corrupted his soul.

All you have to learn from Crowley is what NOT to be.

He came to a fork in the road and took the wrong path, which was typical because of what occult information was in circulation at the time. This was the case for centuries with the enemy having control, all paths to the truth were removed, except for some advanced Potential people of the Gods who had the authority and or wealth to at least attain some useful knowledge that wasn't corrupted.
