Greetings ladies & gentlemens , what do you guys usually do before going to bed at night ?

I usually do a session of hatha yoga, which helps me release the stress of the day, and my night meditations (like cleaning, chakra spinning, and so on).

I do aura protection and 5 Tibetan rites, sometimes I do Ritual at night when I don't have time to do it in the morning

Immediately before going to bed, I do Hatha Yoga and introspective meditation simultaneously.
